We apologize again for not having a show in a bit, schedules were not coming together to be able to do this, but now it seems we’ve figured out something that works until we go back to doing the double shows pretty soon in July. Sorry for the one week off, but we were all very busy last week and let’s be honest, this is that lull in the season. We do have a few things to discuss, such as the accidental Aqib Talib shooting in Dallas, Texas, the Pro Bowl moving to Orlando for 2017, the New York Jets offering Ryan Fitzpatrick a few more million, the situations at both Baylor University and Ole Miss, the Big XII voting for a Conference Championship game and more. This is basically a news edition of the podcast, but next week, we will get back on track with some topics and such.

The Jacksonville Jaguars got some bad news that Jalen Ramsey has a slight meniscus tear in his right knee and it could be minor or be a major issue, we discuss that, as well as more on a potential move to Las Vegas for the Oakland Raiders, the latest in Tom Brady’s deflategate suspension, fans not liking Aaron Rodgers hard counts, people not being big fans of Sam Bradford, and a few other things. We are starting to hit that lull in the off-season, where not a whole lot is really happening. There is some news to talk about though and we cover as much as we can of it. Zach Mettenberger has been released by the Titans, we discuss if he has any potential landing spots, there’s some injury news, as Shaq Lawson has to have shoulder surgery and may not be ready to start the season, Sammy Watkins also has a broken bone in his foot as well. The Atlanta Falcons made some waves with their possibly cheaply priced concessions, Jason Jones signs with the Dolphins and Anquan Boldin could go to the Titans. We also keep things going with our burning questions on some NFL teams. What questions do we ask? Tune in to find out.

The NFL Draft is firmly in the rear view mirror, Rookie Minicamps have begun for NFL teams, and we are left with questions, you might call them Burning Questions about certain positions on teams. So, we try to play a round of that on this episode of the podcast. Can the Minnesota Vikings win the Super Bowl in 2016? Will Colin Kapernick still be a San Francisco 49ers player by the start of the season? Could Myles Jack be the Defensive Rookie of the Year? Is it possible that the Buffalo Bills have a change at Quarterback mid-season? These are some of the types of burning questions we are answering today. The NFL Draft is now over, the rookies know what teams they are playing for, and the teams are moving towards focusing on OTA’s. However, we aren’t quite finished looking at the 2016 Draft. Before moving along, we have to give out our 2016 NFL Draft Team Grades for each team, choose a winner for each division, and look at some categories as well. This was certainly a Draft that was unpredictable, had some nice and crazy storylines, and brought hope to so many teams. Who had the best draft? What were some of the teams that made some weird decisions? Who has the most potential to shine down the line? We look at all of that and a few news items as well on this big episode.

Another week closer to the NFL Draft and another crazy deal happened as well. This time the number two pick in the draft went to another team. The Eagles and Browns trade now sees the Eagles poised to take one of the Quarterbacks, while the Browns can stock up on picks. It is even possible that the Browns trade down again before it is all said and done. There’s also the big news of Josh Norman Franchise Tag Rescinded by the Carolina Panthers and thus he becomes an unrestricted free agent. We discuss where he could land and if this shakes up the draft at all. Finally, we end our NFL Off-Season Analysis by looking at the entire NFC East in one show.
