When the storm come and life is a wilderness, we can trust in the Lord. God is our refuge and safety.

Today's One Verse gives us some simple, yet critical wisdom when it comes to tempation in our lives.

God has invited you to “participate in the divine nature.” He has given you a purpose to live and a role to play in His ultimate story. 2 Peter 1:3 told us that we have everything we need, our gifts, talents, skills, and personality. Peter then let’s us in on the secret: God is asking you to join Him on His mission of redemption.

You have already been given the gifts, skills, personality, and passion to live out God’s purpose for your life.

Our limited problems are no match for God’s unlimited power!

Spend some time in prayer today! Prayer is powerful. It is how we communicate with God. Let’s take time to pray today-- For friends, for family, for our leaders, and for the troubles and injustices in our world. But don’t stop there. Let’s also give thanks to God for all that He is doing and will do in our lives!

Love puts on its boots, and it goes to work.

Today's One Verse gives us a simple strategy on how we can teach our children about God.

We can place our future hope in God because He has always been faithful in the past.

"Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can never hurt me." Well, that's a lie! Let's be honest... Our words matter.

Because Jesus paid for our lives with His Love, now we all owe a debt of love to each other.

A simple command: Carry each other's burdens. This is how the Church is supposed to live.

When you can choose anything... Choose to love.

You can be confident in this: God is not finished with you!
