Cross Of Grace

​Children are to honor and obey their parents. Parents are to discipline and instruct their children as a reflection of God’s authority and grace.

The marriage relationship with the God-designed roles, are what Paul calls a “mystery” – and this mystery is that this design reflects the glory of God in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

God has called us to mirror His glory everywhere by sharing the gospel of Jesus with everyone.

Christians who live in godly wisdom steward what God has given and worship God as the Giver.

Jesus rescues us from the darkness of sexual sin and causes us to live in the cleansing light of His love.

We are part of a new community in Christ, marked by grace-filled words, motives and actions among His people.

We are called to discard our old sinful nature and live in the new life Christ provides.

The people of God find true life, because they are people of and under His.

We are being summoned by the King of Kings to come before His throne of grace in prayer. Without the Cross, God's throne is a place of terror and judgement. But because of Jesus, the Father is smiling upon you, ready to pour out mercy and grace in your time of need.

Christ’s mission is our message, the good news that Jesus has reconciled God and man.

The miracle of Christ’s birth reminds us that God is faithful and His plans always come to pass.

As the Church grows up, the Church grows together. Maturity leads to unity.

Jesus came to restore, reconcile and to rejoin what has been divided. Through faith in Christ, we are reconciled to God, and we are also unified with all who are His. The Apostle Paul now teaches us what it looks like to live out this unity with one another.

We need God’s help to know, to experience, and to revel in Christ’s love for us and His power working in us.

The gospel is not simply information we learn. It is a truth that has to be revealed by God. And in making it known, God has entrusted us - His Church - with the gospel, that we may steward the gospel and display His glory for all to see.

No matter how far you've wandered, how far you've fallen, there is One who has taken all your sin, all your shame, all your condemnation, and nailed it to the Cross. And He is calling you now, "Come home". . .

We were the walking dead. We were lost and hopeless. We were deceived and disobedient. BUT GOD...

Suffering in this world is a reality. But God is near to those who hurt, and he gives us unshakable hope in Christ. Guest preacher Shawn Powers reminds us of these truths from Psalm 43.

We need God to open our eyes to continually see Christ as all-sufficient and all-powerful.
