For the Apostle John, the Christmas story should take us back to the essential nature of reality: The Word that exists under & in & before all things. It is beyond any place that philosophy or physics can take us. It is an unimaginable & indescribable mystery. John 1.1-5

The Apostle John seems to think that our universe can be explained by a "Word." He writes: "In the beginning was the Word." But how do we make sense of this in light of everything we've learned from Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein and Brian Greene?

The pre-requisite for a healthy relationship with God isn't being perfect, but rather admitting that we're not.

Through Christ we have unrestricted access to God the Father. So why don't we take more advantage of it?
