God the Father SENT God the Son on behalf of His love for people. God the Son SENT the disciples as ambassadors of that Love. These Disciples, turned the world upside by displaying that Love. For the first 9 chapters of the Gospel of Matthew Jesus had been showing the disciples what He came to do. In this final portion of chapter 9 and into chapter 10, we see Jesus do something only great leaders can do. Check out what it means to be involved in the mission of Christ.

We can see Jesus perform the miraculous all around us, and still have an unbelieving spirit that He is able to do the same in our lives.
