Space rescue time!  Matt Damon is Mark Watney in The Martian and another guy in Interstellar.  Both are out of this world films. We compare Ridley Scott's version of space travel and rescue to the 2014 Christopher Nolan version.

Wes Anderson is a world creator.  Check out his 2014 film The Grand Budapest Hotel. Amazing cast. Amazing.

Gangsters and law enforcement are in center focus as we look at Black Mass starring Johnny Depp, Joel Edgerton, Benedict Cumberbatch and The Departed directed by Martin Scorsese and staring Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson, and Mark Wahlberg. We talk about the big stars who get their hands dirty in these films and which stands out among the best in the genre.

We compare Boyhood and Dazed and Confused by director Richard Linklater.  Both films deal with growing up but in completely different ways.  If you've ever aged at all, you will probably identify with some aspect of either of these films... We watched Maleficent starring Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning!  Our 1st Disney movie.  We kept the language clean.  What did we think...
