Walking By Faith

Today we are finishing up our series Valleys and Peaks with our message Entrapment. The bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:8 Be on your guard and stay awake. Your enemy, the devil, is like a roaring lion, sneaking around to find someone to attack. Verse 9 says: But you must resist the devil and stay strong in your faith. Pastor is teaching us all about the traps the devil will try to set for us and how there is deliverance in the name of Jesus.

Once again we are learning about our trials and deserts in the series Valleys a & Peaks. The temptations you face are the same as everyone else. The devil likes to try and tell us that we are alone but when we are in Christ and we are never alone. In today’s message; Victory we are learning to flee from those temptations and to stand in the victory we have in Christ Jesus.

Today we are starting a new series called Valleys & Peaks. We are talking about the trials, temptations and deserts that we all go through. Even though the bible tells us that following Jesus and doing his works isn’t going to be easy, it does say the reward will be grand. Pastor Duane is really unpacking the truth today in Endurance.

When we are in Christ, we are descendants of Abraham, heirs to the promise, and that promise includes complete healing. In this final message from the Living by Faith series Pastor Duane walks us through multiple Old and New Testament verses to strengthen our faith concerning healing.

Happy Valentine’s! This week we are learning about Relationship Obstacles. These are not just challenges we overcome in marriage but in ALL of our relationships. We are built to have relationships and not just with each other but with God. When we are faced with obstacles in our earthly relationships we need to turn to God to help us through them. Today Pastors Duane and Jeanie are going to be walking us through some obstacles that we may face and how to overcome them.

We are finishing up The Crimson Cross with today’s message Complete and Everlasting. Over the last couple of weeks we have been learning all about the Blood of Jesus and how amazing it is for us to apply everyday in every situation. As we finish up this series Pastor is giving us a few questions to think about as we learn how to apply the blood to our lives.

When we have accurate knowledge and application we receive the best blessings Heaven has to offer. We are looking in Luke chapter 1 again focusing on verse 33: and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” God was preparing for his eternal kingdom before Christ was born. He knew that Jesus would be the ultimate sacrifice, defeat death so that we may have the chance to live with him in paradise forever. That kingdom which is still to come...are you ready?

We are continuing The Gifted with today’s message; The gift of love. Looking again in Luke chapter 1 when Gabriel meets Mary to let her know she is highly favored with God. Pastor will explain what that favor looks like, that nothing is impossible for God, and why Jesus had to be born of a virgin. Let’s jump right in!

We are starting a new series this Christmas season entitled Gifted. Today we will be starting in Luke chapter 1, with the story of John the Baptist and how he went forth to prepare a way for Jesus. Let’s take a look at his story in today’s message: The Gift We Don’t Deserve.

Happy Thanksgiving! One of the best things that we can do for our mental health is to be thankful. When we settle into a spirit of unthankfulness that's when depression, anxiety and even sickness can set in. Being Thanksgiving week now is the best time to adjust our attitudes and start on a path to having a thankful heart.
