Sinopsis
Monster of the Week's goal is to cover the entire Supernatural TV show before the hosts die or get bored. So far we (Chris and Jeremy, who map onto Sam and Dean in frightening ways) haven't died or gotten bored yet, so we're doing good. We take a light hearted look at the show we all so dearly love, so you'll get a mix of "did they really need to show all that nipple action?" along with our detailed discussion about Dean's emotional issues on any given episode. Shipping people, exaggerating things, the fandom business.

Episode 34: We Need To Talk About Sam
17/08/2017 Duración: 02h24minWHEW! That's the sound of Chris and Jeremy trying to catch their breath after talking about the season 4 finale for close to TWO HOURS. They delve deep, listeners. They don't even have much to say about in these notes, so stop reading these and jump into the episode. Once you're done, head over to http://www.monsteroftheweek.cool/contact and drop them a questions, prompt, or comment so they can read it on next week's feedback episode. www.monsteroftheweek.coolSupport Monster Of The Week: A Supernatural Podcast

Episode 33: Hunks and Henchman
10/08/2017 Duración: 02h19minWe're getting there listeners...we are almost to the end of season 4. This week we cover episode 20: Rapture, in which we learn a lot about Castiel's host body, Jimmy, and Dean learns something important about Sam. Then it's on episode 21: When The Levee Breaks, which is mostly about Sam yelling at himself as he detoxes from the demon blizzy he's been sucking out of his terrible girlfriend for the better part of the year. Thanks again to Revatar (http://twitter.com/revatar) for the intro tunes, and special thanks to our buddy Jake Lionheart for making a Supernatural inspired mixtape (which you can hear at the very, very end of this podcast). Episode 32: Sam's Gigantic Darks
03/08/2017 Duración: 01h55minThis week we got ourselves into a little trouble, listeners. We normally cover three episodes of the show per podcast, but this week we spent over an hour talking about the first ep in our set. Because the other two episodes were also pretty meaty and important, and we didn't want to give the third one a less thorough treatment than the other two, we decided to keep it at two episodes. So, we start with The Monster at the End of this Book, in which Sam and Dean learns that there are worst fates than internet commenters: internet slash fic writers. Then we cover Jump the Shark, in which we meet a third Winchester brother and Dean gets mad jealous. Thanks for listening everyone! Go buy some shirts! Go leave us an iTunes review! Episode 31: Soloflexing in the Girl’s Bathroom
27/07/2017 Duración: 02h24minWelcome back friends! This week, Season 4 delivers the goods. We learn so many things about our boys: exactly what Sam has been doing with Ruby behind closed doors, what Dean will do to get his revenge on Alastair, and finally, what the brother would do if they had never met each other. Spoiler: it's hunt ghosts. This week's episodes are Death Takes a Holiday, On the Head of a Pin, and It's a Terrible Life. If you're reading this, you probably care a bit more about podcasts than your average listener-come-lately, so be sure to check out Chris' artwork for this week (and this entire season!). It's amazing. Oh yeah, I hope you like more talk about werewolf sex. :/ http://www.monsteroftheweek.coolSupport Monster Of The Week: A Supernatural PodcastLinks:AND NOTHING ELSE MATTTTTERRRRRSSSSS

Episode 30: B.M.O.C.
20/07/2017 Duración: 02h17minThis week's podcast covers three episodes that takes the forward momentum that season 4 has had and SLAMS on the brakes. We don't think these are bad episodes, but taking a break from the meta plot for four episodes after 10 straight amazing episodes is a bit of a whiplash. That said, don't worry listeners: this is a great episode of the podcast and we squeeze every single brother-emotion out of each one. First up: Criss Angel is a Douchebag, in which our boys try to figure out what to do during a magician convention. Next, After School Special explores some of the depressing shit the Winchester brothers lived through as kids going to school, and also confirms that John Winchester is a terrible father. Finally, we wrap up with Sex and Violence and learn that Dean's ultimate fantasy is depressingly pedestrian. Like a said: a great episode of Monster of the Week. www.monsteroftheweek.coolSupport Monster Of The Week: A Supernatural PodcastLinks:5 Gluten-Free Beers That Are Actually Worth Drinki

Episode 29: Morning Curse
13/07/2017 Duración: 01h52minWhat's that listeners? You want to listen to extended descriptions of Dean having sex in the backseat of an Impala with an angel of the gee dee LORD? Well, we're sorry. We don't do that here. Instead, we talk about each episode in detail and make a bunch of jokes in between. We start with I Know What You Did Last Summer, a fun episode about a woman tuned into Angel Radio, and continues into Heaven and Hell, when we find out Dean's right: angels are DICKS. Finally, the moment you've been waiting for: Chris and I (I'm Jeremy btw) don't agree on Family Remains, and it's a fun argument. lol jk we never argue about anything, I'm too nice and Chris is too sweet.Support Monster Of The Week: A Supernatural PodcastLinks:Bo & Hope Weddings | Marry You - YouTubeMatlock Opening Credits and Theme Song - YouTube

Episode 28: These Stellar Looks Are No Blessing
06/07/2017 Duración: 01h54minWe're back with more season 4, y'all! This week we cover episode six, seven, and eight, starting with Yellow Fever, and episode notable for the dumbest way to kill a ghost and also the dumbest way a ghost kills someone. Then we get right into It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester, in which an ancient demon is summoned, Dean calls an angel a dick, and Sam goes dark side (for like the eighth time). Finally, we discuss Wishful Thinking, in which a teddy bear wishes for an end to the unbearable agony of existence, a nerd wishes for a girl, and Dean wishes for a sandwich. This is a good one folks! Special thanks to to Revatar from the We're Not Wizards podcast for his duclet tones at the beginning of the episode. Support Monster Of The Week: A Supernatural Podcast

Episode 27: Porky's 2 is Woke
29/06/2017 Duración: 01h58minHello listeners! Today Chris and Jeremy continue their journey through the amazing season 4. First up is In the Beginning, in which Dean Winchester is transported back in time to find out how hot his mom is (his words!). Second is Metamorphosis, an episode about someone turning into a monster and not being to stop themselves from killing the people they love, plus a Rugaru is there. Finally, we talk about Monster Movie, a delightful tale of a shapeshifter comfortable enough in their gender identity to be a woman, a dracula, a mummy, or a werewolf. Special shouttout to MiniMeJonas for the video we talk about in the episode. Thanks for listening everyone! Check the show notes for our cool new shirts! Leave us an iTunes review! Episode 26: 2 Broke Demons
22/06/2017 Duración: 01h56minWelcome to season four! From talking with our listeners, I know all of you are pretty excited for this season. It has some of the best episodes of the series, introduces an extremely important character, and continually ramps up our meta-plot in a very enjoyable way. First up: Lazarus Rising, which answers the question of just how the heck Dean is going to get out of Hell (OR IS HE???). Then we talk about Are You There God? It's Me, Dean Winchester, which is another great episode if you like angels that are scary as all hell. Enjoy! Did you know we have shirts now? We do! Chris's art work for the series is at an all time high, so we picked some of his designs and one of my creations and tossed them up on TeePublic. We both bought a shirt and can attest to the high quality of the whole thing. At the time this releases, all the shirts are on sale for $14! Episode 25: Every Kiss Ends in Graves
15/06/2017 Duración: 01h26minHello friends! Last week we finished Season 3 off, so this week's episode is all about you, and your responses. We are joined by friend-of-the-show Audrey Lee at the start to wrap up our thoughts about the season and also play a little game of F&*% Marry Hunt. After a short musical break, Chris and Jeremy answer questions about the show, werewolf sex, and a whole lot of other stuff besides. Thank you everyone for writing in! Episode 24: How Shredded is the Werewolf?
08/06/2017 Duración: 01h37minWe did it! Another season down. This week we cover the last two episodes of Season 3: "Time is on My Side" and "No Rest for the Wicked." Both of these episodes seem extremely rushed, a victim of the industry-wide writer's strike that happened the year season 3 was coming out. We get into it in the episode, but Bela's arc specifically seems cut short to the point where it almost doesn't even make sense. Then, in the finale, there's one HELL of a cliffhanger. [Editors note: remember to insert one million winking emojis here before publishing]. Do you have a question about Supernatural? Do you want to know what our favorite food is? Want us to discuss the ethics of boning down with Supernatural creatures? This is your chance! Get your feedback in before June 12th 2017, and we'll talk about it on next week's episode. http://monsteroftheweek.cool/contactSupport Monster Of The Week: A Supernatural Podcast

Episode 23: DEAN PLZ
01/06/2017 Duración: 01h42minHello everyone! This week's episode of Monster of the Week covers three great (?) episodes of Supernatural Season 3. First up is Jus in Bello, the pronunciation and meaning of which Chris and Jeremy argue over for at least 45 minutes. Second is GHOSTFACERS, and that's all that needs to be said about that. Finally, Long Distance Call, which starts out genuinely creepy and then melts into just kinda dumb. They can't all be winners, folks. We're getting close to the end of Season 3, and you know what means: we need your questions! Click the link to be whisked away to a magical place where you can tell us what you think about this season, or just ask Chris and Jeremy random questions about their lives. Episode 22: Stop Trying To Make Hex Happen
25/05/2017 Duración: 02h18minOn this week's Monster of the Week, we go Back in Time to visit the Heat of the Moment. That's right! It's time for Mystery Spot, easily the best episode of the series so far. To get there, first we need to cover "Malleus Maleficarum" which Chris told me meant "hammer witches" and I'm pretty sure definitely doesn't mean that. Then we get into "Dream a Little Dream of Me," in which Bobby has a dream and the boys have to hunt it. I wish I was kidding. Finally, Mystery Spot, in which Dean dies ONE HUNDRED TIMES. It's nuts, and it's great. Like what you hear? Leave us an iTunes Review! Tell your friends about the show! Draw a picture of Chris dying like Dean and send it to us, and I'll make sure it gets made into a t-shirt! Episode 21: Hungry For Sam Hog
18/05/2017 Duración: 01h44minThe week, Chris and Jeremy set sail for the high seas and board the Black Pearl in search of women, revenge, and treasure. They are joined this week by Captain Jack Sparr- wait, that's not right. Let me try this again: this week your boys are back and are ready to tackle three very odd Supernatural episodes. First up: GHOST SHI-uh, I mean "Red Sky at Morning," which is about GHOST SHIPS and Sam getting hit on by CLASSY LADIES and Dean getting hit on by Bella. Next we jump into "Fresh Blood" and we catch up with friend of the show, Gordon B. Lurkin, who is somehow out of prison and on the hunt for Sam and Dean. Also: a lil bit o' the good ol' ultra violence, mate. Finally, we wrap up this week's episode with "A Very Supernatural Christmas," which does something truly gross with Sam's fingernails. I wish I was kidding. Go to Monster of the Week to find previous episodes and links to our social medias. DO IT NOW! Support Monster Of The Week: A Supernatural Podc

Episode 20: Big J's #1 Fan
11/05/2017 Duración: 02h14minChris and Jeremy continue their S3 coverage, and this week it's a wide swing of episodes. We start out with the fantastic "Bad Day at Black Rock", in which Sam loses a shoe and Dean loses $15,000. The we get into "Sin City," which is an ok episode that features one tragically underused guest. Finally, it's "Bedtime Stories" and frankly, the less said about that episode the better. Episode 19: Dean Stayed Strong, But I Didn't
04/05/2017 Duración: 01h23minAfter a brief break to answer some hilarious questions, Chris and Jeremy are back, and starting into Season 3. First up, Sam and Dean fight the Seven Deadly Sins in "The Magnificent Seven", an average episode at best. Next they jump to the outstanding "The Kids are Alright", which is good mainly for our first glimpse into how a kid version of Dean would act in the real world. Spoilers: it's ADORABLE. Episode 18: LEGIT R.I.P.
27/04/2017 Duración: 01h34minHello hunks! This week we're taking a break from main season coverage to answer your questions. Before we get to those, though, we have a special guest: Joanna! Joanna is a big fan of the show, both the TV show and the podcast, and is one of our earliest fans. We chat with her about season 2, shipping, and why Sam sucks (lol j/k but really he does). After Joanna leaves, Chris and Jeremy tackle your questions, including several varieties of F**k/Marry/Kill, the best Sam haircut, and dreamboats. Episode 17: Dad's Diary
20/04/2017 Duración: 01h21minIt's here! Chris and Jeremy finally finish up coverage of S2. Only 260 more episodes of Supernatural to cover before this podcast is finally over and they can go back to their daily lives. Hahahaha yeah right like either of those guys have lives, amirite?! Anyway, the first episode is "All Hell Breaks Loose Pt. 1" and it starts off with a (self) bang. Don't worry, that will make more sense once you listen to the episode. After that it's straight into the finale for "All Hell Breaks Loose Pt. 2," where Dean has to make a dangerous deal and the amount of secrets the boys have from one another literally doubles in one episode. Good thing Jeremy has that spreadsheet to keep track Next week we'll be covering the S2 extras and more importantly, YOUR FEEDBACK.
