Episode 48 - The Neil Breen Spectacular!
23/09/2015 Duración: 01h46minOn this week's episode, we did something we've never done before.... We covered THREE movies. That's right. That means we sat through 3 movies in a row and then recorded this VERY long episode after. It was grueling. Aaron's back in town to discuss all three of Neil Breen's movies; Double Down (2005), I Am Here.... Now (2009) and Fateful Findings (2013). Listen up to find out how they all measured up during our ratings! This episode is a healthy 1 hour 45 minutes, so god bless you all.

Episode 47 - Lost After Dark (2014)
14/09/2015 Duración: 44minThis week Brittany decided it's time to watch something new again and she picked the 2014 slasher Lost After Dark. Although this movie was new, it is stylized as being an 80s slasher, which totally works for us! Or did it work for us? Find out how this movie measures up on our newest episode! Also don't forget to check out our NEW website SecondClassCinema.com

This is Erik's second time picking a Godfrey Ho movie, the first being RoboVampire. We had our friend and fellow b-movie lover Fallon on to help get in to grave detail the deeper meanings of girls mounting snakes. Episode 45 - Blood Harvest (1987)
01/09/2015 Duración: 38minGod Bless Tiny Tim! Seriously, because if it weren't for him this movie would have been more unbearable than it already was. That movie was the 1987 horror movie "Blood Harvest". This was Tom's pick because it missed getting watched "too many times". Yikes. Mr. Tim is a creepy clown in a small town where people are being hung upside down and... killed! Sounds promising right? Find out how we all rate this movie on this week's discussion!

Episode 44 - Blade of the Vampire (2005)
28/08/2015 Duración: 38minOn this week's Second Class Cinema we finally got around to not only recording an episode, but watching a movie submitted to us! We watched 2005 horror/vampire movie Blade of the Vampire! Someone actually bought Blade of the Vampire for us to watch. Hard earned dollars. For us to watch this. Thanks for allowing us to watch this Scott! THANKS! We had an interesting time rating this one that's for sure. Check us out the NEW secondclasscinema.com

Episode 43 - Girl House (2015)
19/08/2015 Duración: 38minOn this episode we watch something new for once! Brittany selected the 2015 slasher movie Girl House. We know what these types of movies can be capable of- for better OR worse- so either way we would've had something to talk about. What do you think we'd rate a movie like this and what would you rate it yourself? Let us know! @2ndClassPodcast on Twitter!

Episode 42 - Robowar (1988)
10/08/2015 Duración: 30minWe watched Erik's pick this week and that was the 1988 movie Robowar! Predator meets RoboCop when a bunch of guys just wander around the jungle unloading their automatic weapons on things they think they see. Erik has a predilection towards "Robo" movies and I think we finally get it now. Listen up as this episode gets -GREASY-.
-
Episode 41 - Hollywood Cop (1987)
04/08/2015 Duración: 33minOn this week's episode we watch Tom's pick, the 1987 action movie Hollywood Cop. This movie was directed by Amir Shervan, the same person that made Samurai Cop! You can expect a similar level of grime and crime in this awkwardly raunchy spectacle. This movie came out 4 years prior to Samurai Cop so we draw the parallels between the two and see how Amir Shervan differed from one movie to the other... If at all. IT'S NOT AWESOME!
-
Episode 40 - The Brood (1979)
27/07/2015 Duración: 28minIt's Brittany's pick and she picked the 1979 horror movie The Brood, directed by David Cronenberg. Not quite sure we were expecting a very deep film today but hey what else can we expect from David Cronenberg? We certainly experienced some ups and downs with this AND we all gave it the same rating, find out how it measured up on the Fuck Scale!
-
Episode 39 - Laser Mission (1989)
24/07/2015 Duración: 29minOn this episode we discuss Erik's pick, 1989's action movie Laser Mission. With Brandon Lee leading this one, it was difficult to dislike. We have some mixed reviews but also a lot of favorite parts. Enjoy this pretty short episode!
-
BONUS EPISODE 2 - Devil Story (1985)
20/07/2015 Duración: 26minYES ANOTHER BONUS EPISODE! A day early as well! In this episode we "very quickly discussed" the 1985 French horror movie Devil Story. We went out in PUBLIC to watch this one though, that's right, The Arkham Film Society put on this show for us in Providence. Since we didn't have notes to take, nor did we have the immediate discussion on our side, we reduced this episode to a reaction to some of the major moments as well as rating it. This is the second AFS movie we've done on the show as we covered the 1981 slasher Home Sweet Home. Currently on YouTube only, but soon to come to Podbean!Check out The Arkham Film Society on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheArkhamFilmSociety

Episode 38 - The Rats (2001)
14/07/2015 Duración: 34minIt was Tom's pick this week and he chose the 2001 movie The Rats. This movie had rats, rats, a guy that looked like a rat, more rats, and climaxes with a geyser of rats in a rec-center pool. THAT'S IT AND GOODNIGHT!
-
Episode 37 - Leprechaun: Origins (2014)
07/07/2015 Duración: 43minIn this week's episode Brittany selected the 2014 horror movie Leprechaun: Origins! We find it hard to believe it's ACTUALLY a Leprechaun movie but hey, if he can go to space, he can be... this? Maybe, maybe not. We're certainly glad Kid's Movie Months is over because the "Fudge" rating just wouldn't have been enough.
-
Episode 36 - Nukie (1988)
29/06/2015 Duración: 39minIt's the LAST day of Kid's Movie Month! YAAAAAY!!! We felt like wrapping the month up with something a little strange, and that was the 1988, sci-fi/thriller Nukie! Ok maybe it wasn't a "thriller" but Nukie IS terrifying. Jimmy came on to talk about this one with us to help figure out who Nukie is, why he's here, and why he just won't die. We go over whether or not this movie would be watchable for children today as well as a long detailed list of what we think Nukie is ACTUALLY made of. LISTEN UP!

It was ninja night here on Second Class Cinema as we watched both 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain and Surf Ninjas! Erik picked Surf Ninjas while we decided to pad out the ninja night with 3 Ninjas HNAMM as it's been requested by multiple people. Tyler decided to come on by (who is ultimately getting the blame for 3 Ninjas) to help us to discuss these movies. Which one of these is ultimately the best ninjas movie for kids? BONUS EPISODE 1 - Interview with director Matt Jaissle
18/06/2015 Duración: 31minI know it's Kid's Movie Month and all here on Second Class Cinema but this opportunity was too good to pass up. We had Matt Jaissle, the director of Back From Hell, reach out to us wanting to talk about his movie! He had listened to our review of Back From Hell which was also our first episode (if you'd like to listen to it, enter at your own risk because it's a bit rough around the edges). Anyway, we had him give us a call and we chatted about his movie and his upcoming screening at The Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, TX (drafthouse.com/movies/back-from-hell/austin).We partnered with Tom's other podcast The Studio Cellar (www.thestudiocellar.com) to bring you this interview and discussion with Matt.ALSO you can finally find the Boston 48 Hour Film Project that Tom directed here: www.fatfootfilms.com/best-man-boston-48-hour-film-project

Special guest Eric comes on to help us with this childhood gem. Only by listening will you know how great Joe Piscopo really was in this movie. And sponsoring the Kid's Movie Month is none other than Fat Foot Films http://www.fatfootfilms.com!
