The brands Tom represents are found in some of the hottest dining establishment and hotels, throughout the Poconos, north east PA and Philadelphia area. Tom travels the eastern tier of Pennsylvania, consulting beverage managers and restauranteurs; conducting premier wine dinners for his clients customers. Recently, Beats & Eats Executive Chefs' Barret Beyer and Anthony Rodriguez, caught up with Holton, at one of his sought-after wine dinners. This dinner took place at Palazzo 53 in Pittston City, PA. Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down with Jack Godwin, of the Beaumont Inn. Beats & Eats listeners may remember that Jack was our first "celebrity" chef to join Beats & Eats. Listeners also know that Beaumont and Beats & Eats seem to sing together as we launched our new podcast network at the same time Beaumont Inn was establishing their new dining estate in northeast PA. Chef Jack is not just the saute chef at Beaumont, he is also very much invested in the property on the estate. A little over a year later, I checked in with Chef, Beaumont Inn Historian, Grounds Manager and Fly Fishing instructor, Jack Godwin. Reality Rally Take 2   The virtual lounge is open, and back by popular demand are more stars from the upcoming Reality Rally event in Temecula, California.  Featured on today's show are "Chopped" chef Jason Rivas.  Rivas, is the chef at South Coast Winery, a venue for the big red carpet event on April 12th!  Chef Rivas will also be participating in the big celebrity chef showcase on Sunday, April 13, that Ray and Gelso will be hosting.  Later in the episode, the Ty and Nick are joined by James Wallington, star of the reality show "Capture" on CW.  Wallington is also a host for afterbuzz tv, owned by tv star Maria Menounos.  Wallington explains why he was drawn to participate in Reality Rally.  This episode is a great way to learn about a wonderful facility, Michelle's Place, cancer resource center in Temecula.
