In Rev Nathan Detering's sermon from 9/25/16, he is back on his bike "with Grit and Gospel." Rev Nathan uses his experience of a week long bike race over and through the French Alps as a metaphor for getting up off our couches and out into the world. He says, " the only way over, is though; we can't go around the pain, the only way is through."
