It's fair to say where I live is agricultural. It's also fair to say that my house is in a section of residential homes. They all measure their property in terms of acres rather than fractions of acres but residential homes nonetheless. We're not quite full on agricultural but we're also not suburbia so I guess that makes us agriburbia?

This episode is more discussion, or possibly the same discussion, about why I am now measuring my runs using the metric system. Also some more chat about my use of a heart rate based system for training. Enjoy!
