The Walt Disney World dapper dans have been entertaining guests since opening day at Walt Disney World. Having recently returned after a Covid-19 break you can find the Dapper Dans you can typically find the Dapper Dans Up and Down Main Street performing American Standards like Yankee Doodle Dandy, Mr. Sandman, and Zip-a-dee doo dah. Sometimes you can find them on board the main street trolly performing, worth following if you ask me. Coming soon, Summer 2022, to Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom, Finding Nemo The Big Blue World, and Beyond. I had the opportunity to spend some time with James Silson, Disney Live Entertainment Show Producer, and I ask him a few questions about the new show. Based on Disney and Pixar’s film Finding Nemo, this exciting stage show invites you to discover the familiar tale of Nemo and friends from a whole new point of view, as well as fan-favorite songs such as “In the Big Blue World” and “Go with the Flow.” The adventure begins by catching up with the fish from Dr. P. Sherman’s office in Finding Nemo who made their way across the ocean to the Marine Life Institute. Welcome back, as we continue our journey deeper into the wonders of Xandar pavilion in World Discovery of Walt Disney World Epcot, past the 30-minute Galaxarum, where we meet The Xandarian supercomputer, Worldmind. Catch the entire loop here; next, we move into the Xandar Gallery. We discover more about the Xandarian people, culture, and history from the original Guardians of the Galaxy Movie. Scale Models and videos create a museum-like experience comparing our world to Xandar, setting the stage for the main attraction. The gallery also features excerpts from “Good Morning Xandar,” where the show host interviews the Guardians of the Galaxy about their heroic deeds. This video is the Queue just past the Galaxarum, starting with the Scale Model tour, continuing with a Walt Disney cameo, and the Good Morning Xandar Video loop. This isn’t a walkthrough, but all of the video loops in the Queue, all of it, then we head into the Phase chamber and the beginning of our mission, we’ll go all the way to the load area,

According to backstory, Peter Quill, AKA, Star-Lord, once visited EPCOT as a child in the 1980s. He loved the experience so much that he suggested Walt Disney Word’s Epcot would be the perfect place for Xandarians to connect with Terrans. Xandarians are from the planet Xandar in the Andrama Galaxy, and Terrans being their word for humans on our planet Earth. That Peter Quill suggestion resulted in the first other-world showcase pavilion at Walt Disney World’s Epcot “The Wonders of Xandar.” The Wonders of Xandar Pavilion is located in Epcot’s World Discovery and features three main sections: The Galaxarium: a sweeping planetarium-style space showcasing planets, stars, and other intergalactic wonders that connect Terra and Xandar – reinforcing the notion that we’re all born of the same space dust. In the Galaxarum, you’ll meet The Xandarian supercomputer, Worldmind, whose purpose is to preserve the knowledge and history of Xandar. We got a sneak peek of the new Treasure of Xandar gift shop during the Media Preview for the Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind at Epcot, and I want everything!!! The Broker Offers Treasures of Xandar Guests can hunt for Guardians of the Galaxy-themed fashions, accessories, home décor, collectibles, and toys at the Treasures of Xandar shop, located at the Wonders of Xandar pavilion. The Xandarians hired The Broker to operate this new merchandise location on Terra, which debuts several new product lines, including: What if the Guardians were rock stars? The new Connections Café and Eatery is home to a quick-service dining location as well as Starbucks coffee. With show kitchens and a variety of seating options, this new dining option encourages guests to connect with one another over food and drinks. Adding to the park’s rich legacy of original art displays, Connections Eatery features a hand-painted mural stretching more than 160 feet along the back wall, celebrating how food is cultivated around the world.
