Gooners In Usa - All Things Arsenal

We were joined today by FK aka @fkhanage of the  @Latte Firm  to discuss Arsenal's dreadful exit from the FA Cup at the first hurdle, yet again to Nottingham Forest. There's much to discuss - including AMN's loan timing, the 1st half substitution of Nuno Tavares, our midfield woes - you name it, it went wrong. But look at the bright side - the League Cup and Premier League Title DOUBLE IS STILL ON, BABY! Yeah, ok.

So, like, that kinda sucked.  Or did it? 

It was a wonderful weekend of football, the highlight being Arsenal's 5-0 demolition of #ONCFC - aka "Only Norwich City Football Club." Herz & Magic are joined by two TGP Duck-Breakers - American fan Jack Robinson who has just been given a very well-publicized gift from Arsenal Leadership Group's Granit Xhaka, as well as the very talented and prolific Kaya Kaynak of Football.London. It'll be a fun chat where Magic may have to soften his stance and personal animus against a certain Swiss leader.

It's Boxing Day and today we boxed Norwich into submission with a 5-0 victory.  We're joined by the Open Mic regulars and we welcome new duckbreakers in to discuss the game, the positive environment around the club, name our Men Of The Match and give our picks for the best Arsenal Boxer not named Kolasinac!

It was the biggest game of the year - and the first game as official captain of Arsenal Football Club for [Leadership Group (tm)] !!!!   Arsenal came through with flying colours and we spoke to some happy fans after the game!

Arsenal are back to winning ways, without their "captain" and talisman Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, who has once again been dropped for attendance issues. We will talk about the 3-0 win v. Soton, what it means in the grand scheme of things, whether Arteta has done wrong by Auba or not, and preview the West Ham game with Mike's ex-pat mate Kevin who is a lifelong West Ham Supporter since 1966, sizes up their chances at the Emirates on Wednesday, and pipes in about "problem players" like Auba which West Ham supporters know all too much about.

It was a home affair against the RICHEST AND MOST WINLESSEST FOOTBALL CLUB IN DEL MUNDO!! Yes, a return to form for Arsenal and 3 points in the bag.  We heard from a handful of top Gooners on a game that started slow and ended with the return of the prodigal son Gabriel Martinelli!

We had a great chat about songs, his experiences working for the club, a bit too much about professional wrestling (but Mike liked it), the state of Arsenal today, and got some refreshingly honest and unique takes from a "man on the inside."
