Hours 9-10 of the 24-hour podathon includes the crossover of The Gooners Podcast & the NAAP (Sebby, Kelly, Mike Herz) crew to play a game called "Take it or Leave it."

Hours 5-6 of the 24-hour Podathon starred a great game put together by Mike McDonald of the Gunnerstown.com blog called "Who am I" 38 challenging questions and 4 talented contestants plus Magic Mike trying to get the answers. Ryan Fletcher, Jimmy Howson, Danny the GFP and Eoin scramble in a very close battle to see how takes home the bragging rights!

We move from strength to strength as we welcome Chris Wheatley of Football.London back to the pod for a return appearance. Massive news is broken during the segment, specifically the revelation that Arsenal will be traveling to the Hawthornes for a 2nd round (yes 2nd round) fixture in the Carabao Cup.

In our 2nd hour of 24 we were graced with the always-enjoyable Alan Smith, former striker extraordinaire for Arsenal Football Club and scorer of some incredibly historic goals for our club.

So Arsenal are hanging out in London instead of in Orlando, where Magic Mike went anyways to revel in Goonerdom with a few hundred of his mates.  The TGP crew catch up on the news of the week in the Arsenal world, Mike shares an absolutely bizarre dream, we talk about whatever comes to mind.

Arsenal are NO LONGER on their way to America and Mike is gutted.  But nevertheless, Eoin, Herz, Magic Mike, Danny the GFP and Jared Carver banded together to discuss the very late cancellation, , Gooners v. Cancer,  and of course Arsenal's continuing forays into the transfer market!

Magic Mike is on cloud 9 as "his" England squad destroy Ukraine and have given him another semi.   Semifinal in a major tournament, that is.   Mike was joined by Magic Dan Potts and his mates, Magic Ola and Magic Fergus with a 4 minute cameo from the founder of the podcast, shirtless and spending his English/American holiday weekend in Mexico despite Mike Herz' specific instructions to stay out.   It's a fun hour of banter, goofiness, and glee - why not give it a peek!

It's been almost 2 months since our last Open Mic show and today was time for folks to have their say!  We were joined by the outstanding Arsenal legend Super Kevin Campbell and our open mic'ers included: @vivek_malik   @cmutch91 @allthethall  @thegoonertalktv  @mikescunny @gooneraston We talked about the Euros, of course the Transfer market, Scunthorpe, futbolfest2021 in Las Vegas,   and Mike's house lost power leading to the best 5 minutes of the show.  It was a fun hour with great folks and banter!

Is this pod really still going?  Season 6 of The Gooners Pod (est. 2016) begins and who better to help us kick it off than Elliot Smith aka @yankeegunner of the epic @ArsenalVPodcast and the incredibly handsome @gerbyfootball aka @magicmikegooner alongside his sexy co-hosts @eoinyoungAFC and @mikeherzFC.  On the docket today is the usual summer fare - ITK delight, Euro & Copa football, and the multitude of ways a Gooner can decrease their lifespan by gathering together in Orlando and Vegas to watch the Arsenal together with copious amounts of alcohol.

Everyone knows that you're never supposed to look at the table until 19% of the way into the season. We enter another interlull sitting at the 18.4% mark so the TGP boys are blissfully unaware of where things stand. Okay, so Arsenal are flat track bullies now, knocking down 9 points out of 9 against woeful opposition. But we’ll take it! Seriously, this was the game that was thought to be possible but never expected. We welcome back a guest from TGP Season 1 -Taz from the hilarious Gandermonium blog! We revisit their magical 2017 FA Cup run culminating in a 5th round tie against Arsenal (spoiler alert: We won the Cup that year as usual),
