On March 25th, Star Wars Rebels season 3 aired its finale “Zero Hour”. We invited Spencer Brinkerhoff III (StudiosB3) to join in our discussion of the episode, plus season 3 highlights and what we hope to see in season 4. This comprehensive look includes the climactic battle between old rivals, the return of many familiar faces, the center of the Force in Bendu... and Thrawn. If you want to see a video of our conversation, head to Spencer's YouTube! It’s been 3 months since the passing of Carrie Fisher and it still doesn’t seem real. Last Saturday, March 25, the family hosted a Public Memorial in honor of Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles. Lucasfilm screened "Twin Suns" and the Season 3 Finale of STAR WARS REBELS for a select few, including Skywalkers Donald Wicks (Rebel Legion) and Joey Pittman (Disney Universe Podcast). They join in a discussion of Twin Suns;, share their Lucasfilm experience and also share audio from the Q&A between Sam Witwer (Maul) and Dave Filoni (Overseer of Star Wars Everything). We will be sharing more of that Q&A next week, as some of it includes discussion on the Season Finale. Also joining us is Tyler Westhause (Star Wars Podcast Alliance) to talk “Twin Suns” and his favorite Star Wars character: MAUL. I don’t know if fans have ever been more split on a Star Wars Rebels episode. Richard and Sarah certainly were. We read several comments from Skywalkers, too. This is a full-on debate! Also on this episode: Star Wars Celebration Orlando Podcast Stage! STN has been selected as one of the podcasts who will take the stage. Join us Saturday, 4/15 10:30-11:30 AM! Then Director Bill Condon and Composer Alan Menken teach us about storytelling and song-writing as they describe how they adapted this 300-year old story for live-action. There are four new songs in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST - we go through each to prime you for the movie. Le Fou as played by Josh Gad is the first overtly gay character in a Disney film, tune in to hear our thoughts on that. Emma Watson absolutely brings us to tears. Tune in to hear it all, including our thoughts on this film. If you'd rather read some of this, head over to my post on Adventures By Daddy. On March 8th, we met Michael Giacchino!!!!
