Equipping disciples is central to multiplying disciples as they grow into maturity.

We continue on our Series on Kingdom Disciple-makers. Two weeks ago we were taught on how to win the lost and our focus this week is on Building Believers. It is not enough to win people to Christ. After being won to Christ, people must move to the next commitment level where they are built up in their faith. Jesus was a master at this. He challenged His disciples to follow Him so they could learn closely from Him. He spent significant time with them, transferring into them His character and priorities and helping them to be firmly grounded in their faith. We also see that the early disciples understood the importance of building believers as seen in the Book of Acts. Building Believers is as relevant to us as it was during the earthly ministry of Jesus and the early disciples. Matthew 13:47 (NIV) 47 “Once again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish.   This Sunday, we conclude our sermon series titled: KINGDOM PARABLES with a sermon titled “The Parables of the Net”. A time is coming when there will the great harvest by Christ like a fisherman.

Matthew 13:31 (NIV) 31 He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. We are continuing our sermon series titled: KINGDOM PARABLES with a sermon titled “The Parables of the Mustard Seed and the Yeast”. The Kingdom of God started small like a mustard seed and grew into a mighty tree.

This past Sunday we continued our series "Kingdom Parables" and or Message was titled "The Parable of the Weeds". In this parable, Jesus compares the kingdom of heaven to a man who sowed good seed in his field. While his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. Matthew 13:30 The man said: "Let them grow together until harvest;" The people didn't get the exact meaning of what Jesus was teaching, even the disciples couldn't understand either. Join us as we go deeper into what Jesus has for us in this Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds.

Luke 19:38 NIV “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”   Jesus entered triumphantly into Jerusalem. The disciples and the masses were excited and filled with joy.
