Visit the Stand for Colorado website (standforcolorado.com) to view videos of the individual speakers from the May 10th Stand for Colorado event. Denver has a dream. A Utopian dream. The city is attempting to do away with single family housing (tinyurl.com/y69wax4c)? There is already an obvious attempt to get us out of our cars and onto mass transit, is the next step to push us into apartments, duplexes, and other multi-family units? A new Denver plan for parks will mean less available land available land for individual ownership and an increase in city owned property. The pursuit of this Utopian dream does not simple limit choices, it is elimination of choices. It is an effort to control people, how they get from place to place and where they live and how much space they have to live in. Colorado State Attorney General Phil Weiser will sue the Trump administration in challenge to a new conscience

21/05/2019 Duración: 56minWelcome to the Americhicks podcast. Kim Monson is your host - Agree or disagree, let's have a conversation! A billboard greeting those coming to Colorado from Utah reads, “Welcome to Colorado, where you can get a safe, legal abortion.” An Americhicks listener has expressed a concern to Kim about Kim's stances concerning abortion, gay marriage and sex-education. Kim did reply to the listener but later questioned her own reply which upon retrospect may have been too much of a "just the facts ma'am" response and perhaps lacked the compassion Kim genuinely feels. The Stand for Colorado rally took place on May 10th. If you wanted to attend but were unable then you will be happy to know that video of each speaker can be found on the Stand for Colorado website. One new video will be posted to the site each day until all the videos have been made available. Make no mistake, the Air Quality Control Commission has an agenda and its agenda is going to cost you money. Escalade motorcades and private jets for AOC, city buses and trains for you. Just another example that politicians make rules and mandates for you, not for them. Electric vehicle batteries are both toxic and expensive. Last Tuesday there was, as we are all well aware, a shooting at the STEM school in HIghlands Ranch. And once again we are asking ourselves how we prevent this type of violence. Colorado Democrat Rep. Rochelle Galindo has resigned. She was facing a likely recall effort because of sexual misconduct allegations. The new Colorado environmental regulations are harming the oil and gas industry in the state. This will impact the job market and the economy in a very negative way. Colorado's Tax Payers Bill of Rights (TABOR) remains under a sustained assault.
