Mike, Kevin and Earl lured Alexander Roubian from the New Jersey Second Amendment Society down to Florida to celebrate the New Year with the promise to go to the range and shoot machine guns and ring in the new year with a bang!!! Unfortunately Alexander also introduces the guys to Donna Gracey. She is a single mother military vet that was traveling into New Jersey to have dinner an old school friend for the holidays while she had her legal concealed firearm in her car with her FL concealed carry permit, and she was arrested for that and now faces two felony charges. The first charge is for the pistol and the second is for the hollow point Defensive ammo she had loaded in it. She gives us her alleged side of the story and Kevin, Mike and Alexander talk about what is going to happen. Maj. Bill calls in talking about firearms safety for New Years Eve, DON'T SHOOT YOUR FIREARMS INTO THE AIR IN CELEBRATION!!! The bullets do come back down.

Bill calls in talking about an elderly Nebraska couple arrested for "spreading holiday cheer", with 60 pounds of marijuana.

Alex from New Jersey Second Amendment Society calls in giving the guys an update on the goings on in NJ. Mike and Earl talk about how Facebook and Youtube are really starting to discriminate against anything firearm related. Maj. Bill calls in with an update on the case of the muslim LEO shooting and killing a woman that approached the patrol car he was riding in. Attorney Eric Friday calls in giving us an update on the FL Supreme Court Case of Dale Norman. Kirk from Cellphonepistol.com calls in talking with the guys about National Reciprocity and giving us an update on production of the Cell Phone Pistol. Major Bill calls in giving us an update on the story we talked about in the past about the LAPD cadets that stole patrol cars and used them for their personal uses, for quite awhile as we are finding out.

Mike and Kevin and Earl give a little report about their Thanksgivings since this was the first time they were all together since the holiday. Kevin and Mike go over the details of a few Supreme Court items that the luny left are calling victories. Honolulu PD is trying to seize the legally owned guns of all HI residents that have been given a prescription medical marijuana card. The playing field gets a little crowded when a local PD starts playing in the state and federal areas. Major Bill calls in talking about an officer from the Jacksonville police department that is a BAMF!! Not only did he get shot in the face by a criminal during a traffic stop he took the fight to the bad guy so hard the bad guy hauled butt. But the bad guy was arrested and at his sentencing hearing the officer he shot in the face gave him a bottle of personal lubricant telling him he is going to be needing this where he is going. Mike goes over both the Top 10 states and Worst 10 states to live in if you are pro-constitution. Maj. Bill calls in talking about an unspoken problem in law enforcement, the mental health and well being of the officers. Craig Deluz from Firearms Policy Coalition calls in and talks with Mike about the shooting in Tehama County CA. Mike also talks about some of the lawsuits being filed after the shooting in Las Vegas. Mike talks about the pastor that shot a burglar in his home will not be charged, Earl was able to call in and talk with Mike about this one between customers.

The guys talk about a few of the different topics in the news lately. One of them being Ol' Shotgun Joe is back at spouting off his foolishness. Former Vice President Joe Biden said that the HERO that Stopped the criminal church shooter in TX shouldn't have had the gun he used to stop the shooting, and he know's cause he wrote the last serious gun control law. Mike, Kevin and Earl talk with Dr. John Edeen with DRGO.US (Doctors for Responsible Gun Ownership) about his rebuttal he gave to fellow pediatric orthopedic surgeon Dr. Herring's commentary in the Dallas News titled " I have a new definition of 'gun silencer'". Dr. Herring has yet to respond to Dr. John Edeen's rebuttal as he has probably realized Dr. Edeen can "hang" with him in the operating room and can "run and gun" with some of the best of them as Dr. Edeen attends various training classes quite regularly, so HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT. Congratulations to Kevin on becoming a Grandfather!!! He was out for this episode enjoying his new grand-daughter. Earl was also out on an away mission with his wife. Mike says he was appeasing his wife, actually he was going to a pistol match she wanted to go along so they made a nice long weekend out of it. "Fluffy" ( Kevin ) from Gear and Gun Reviews was in studio this weekend, he and Mike talked a little bit about how the industry is changing in this current political climate. Yehuda Remer calls into the show talking with Mike about his new book Safety On. It's a gun safety book written for children. "Fluffy" talks about several different products he brought in the studio, some pouches, gloves, a new AR grip on the market. He also talks about med-kits and most importantly the training to use those med-kits right. Maj. Bill calls in talking about a WI woman driving down the road with a wading pool tied to the roof of her car.... with her nine year old son inside of it.

Earl was out for this show and he took the sound effects board with him. It's interesting how Mike attempted to fill in the sound effects. Mike and Kevin talk about the Vegas shooting aftermath, trying to give a different insight, explaining some of the firearms and accessories used. The Gun Rights Policy Conference 2017 was held in Dallas TX. This is where the grass roots movements in the gun world get started. All of the "movers and shakers" were there. Mike and Earl talked about some excitement that happened at The Arms Room Showroom, let's just say don't have any warrants for your arrest when you try to buy a gun. Kevin was off getting interviewed or some other kind of distraction. Then Earl got distracted by the AWESOME desert bar so Craig Deluz sat in with Mike and Kevin and guest hosted. Earl knew Craig needed to get some "Mike time". Dr. John Edeen stopped by the Mobile Kel-Tec Studios and sat and talked with the guys. Robert Morris from the Polite Society podcast stopped by. Alex Rubian fro the New Jersey Second Amendment Society stopped by and talked with the guys... and Everybody was telling "war stories" of how bad the anti-second amendment sentiment is in their states, I think they might have been trying to one-up each other.

Mike talks about Earl being on generator duty at the Arms Room Showroom as we lost power after Hurricane Irma. Earl was working smarter, not harder.
