The Mets have won four in a row and are clinging to first place despite a maelstrom of injuries, while the Yankees struggled and were swept by the lowly Detroit Tigers. Tim also had something to say about bonehead NBA fans misbehaving since being allowed back in arenas. And Christian Pulisic became the first American to win a Champions League title when Chelsea defeated Manchester City.

The Yankees have won six in a row and are closing in on first place, while the Mets have a plethora of injuries but are clinging to first place in the NL East. The Islanders evened up their series with the Pittsburgh Penguins with a pivotal Game 5 on Monday night. Tim says to jump on the New York Liberty bandwagon while you can.
