The Clemson Tigers won the ACC Championship for the third straight year in 2017, which set up a re-match with the Alabama Crimson Tide (for the third straight season) in the College Football Playoff. Unlike the previous two years, the Tigers took on 'Bama in the CFP Semifinal--the Sugar Bowl. It did not go as planned, as the Tigers fell 24-6 to the eventual National Champs. We recap the campaign and assess the outlook for the Tigers moving forward. Big Hint: Things look pretty good.

With all of our 2017 team recaps in the books, we're back in offseason form this week talking about the 2018 ACC Football Schedule that dropped (Boston College has a real doozy this fall), National Signing Day results across the ACC (Clemson was efficient as HELL), how North Carolina isn't consistently better than they are, and we talk a bit of Valentines' Day with a few ACC coaching situations (better make a bowl game in 2018, Bronco Mendenhall).

The 2017 Miami Hurricanes stormed out of the gate this season, winning their first 10 games of the year and capturing their first Coastal Division title since joining the ACC. However, the Canes sputtered down the stretch, as they fell in an upset to Pitt in the regular season finale, got smoked by #1 Clemson in the ACC Championship, and got dominated by Wisconsin's defense in the Orange Bowl. It was a good stepping stone year for Miami, and we debate how close they are to being "back" in our latest podcast.
