Dump Stats

This time, on Dump Stats... after having breakfast with the guys from Wizard House, Nero and his father Gyro share an awkward goodbye. Nero learns that his old friend Jeff from Wizard House is able to use his magic powers during the daytime. Jurm and Nathaniel finally get paid, and later, get an unexpected visitor. Also, Nero struggles to stay awake on his first day of school.

This week on Dump Stats: The Bad Humanoids finally make port at the Mage's College. But first, breakfast. Nero gets overwhelmed when runs into some old friends from his former frat house Wizard House, and sees his father Gyro at the same time. Jurm and Nate get in some day drinking, while Nero sleeps through his first day of class and has some ominous dreams. The Bad Humanoids are travelling to the Mage's College on the merchant ship The Dame's Kiss. The Captain of the ship, James Burton, has invited our heroes to dine with him in his private quarters. After butting heads with Jurm about the ins and outs of piracy and conscription, the Captain has passed out drunk...what will our heroes do now? Leave politely? Draw on his face? It's a new episode of Dumps Stats! After a raucous bar fight aboard The Dame's Kiss, Nathaniel, Jurm and Nero are invited to have dinner with Captain James Burton. But first, Nero pours his heart out the the 1st Mate of the ship and Nathaniel gets a stern warning about tipping the ship's crew. During dinner, Jurm and Captain Burton have trouble seeing eye to eye on the ship's rules, and the gang learns about the former captain of the ship, Captain Snively. Well sometimes computer viruses happen, and you wipe your hard drive, and all you have left is the shitty version of your podcast recording. After accepting the Governor's offer, Nero, Nathaniel and Jurm head down to the port of Santa Ignacia to book passage on The Dame's Kiss, a merchant ship that is heading in their direction. Before they board the ship, Nathaniel receives a letter from the Governor, and Jurm receives a cryptic message from an old acquaintance on the docks. Also, Nero befriends the captain of The Dame's Kiss while Jurm and Nate finally get to play Orcish Roulette. All this and more on this episode of Dump Stats!!!!

Tonight on Dump Stats, the gang mulls over Don Miguel's offer and helps themselves to the luxurious lodgings of the governor's mansion. Jurm recalls his time on Ye Olde Crone, a known pirate ship, and he almost has a "moment" with the group, only to be interrupted by Nero behaving strangely...well, stranger than usual. Something strange is going on, and everyone seems to be harboring secrets. Are they the sinister kind of secrets, or the fun kind you tell at slumber parties? Steven, Rax and the rest of their wizard cohorts lead them inland to meet the governor of Santa Ignacia, Steven's father, Don Miguel Delgado. In our very first episode, we get to know our characters: Nero, (Rob Rinaldi) a drug dealing, halfling Wizard burnout, Nathaniel (John Chenoweth), a human Rogue who does a lot of character work, and Jurm, (Mike Rinaldi) a functioning alcoholic half-orc Barbarian. The gang comes together looking for an adventure, and get stuck in a waiting room.
