March 26, 2019 Unconditional Love/Unlimited WorshipIsaiah 55:6; Psalm 3:3; Hebrews 4:16; Psalm 16:9Worship is not about what we get from God, but rather what we give to God. He does not answer our concerns/prayers based on how much we praise Him. This would be conditional. What He wants from us is genuine praise – no strings attached – that is reflective of His unconditional love (Psalm 28.7 and Isaiah 55:6). Our worship is changed when our hearts are changed, so how does this change what words you sing in worship?

A song, a message, video or a worship set. How often have you wondered why it takes so long and so many times for something to work? It could be something you’re trying to fix, repair or improve. Whatever it is, there is always some opposition and temptation to quit. So how do you overcome?When we place our heart in His hands (Proverbs 21:1) and, after He weighs our hearts (Proverbs 21:2), the Lord does what is right with our plans (Proverbs 21:5) for His purposes. Never Changing Faith Proverbs 25:2 states: It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings.The Lord is the Possessor of time and the Revealer of all wisdom. He shows His faithfulness to the faithful and to the blameless He shows Himself as blameless (Psalm 18:25). February 25, 2019 - Delight? What’s in It for You?Where is your delight, and how do you walk daily in worship, as opposed to the one-hour-event-of-the-week?When joined with brothers and sisters, our voices become one in an amphitheater of corporate praise. I don’t know about you, but I can become so moved by the worship and voices that I actually stop singing. I find my delight being speechless before God. How about you?@BranonDempsey

Do we worship or copy worship? Should we compare the way we worship to the way others may worship? I used to think we had to show God our love in the way we see others give praise. Especially, when it comes to the worship service. Learning how to worship by example is one thing; comparing yourself to others is another.You may have heard these statements in the church: “Man, he’s anointed in his worship.” or “I wish I could pray like that.” Here's the power punch to the gut: “She’s got that special connection with God, but I'm not like that, how can I lead worship?”Ok.
