Winter is coming.  No winter is here.  Snow and cold dominate the early conversation as we sit in a deep freeze here in the north.  We talk about the big winners, and a big loser, at the Emmy awards.  We discuss movie news regarding the Highlander reboot.  We touch on some Star Wars news as well.  Stay warm out there.

We're back after a week off and we catch up on what seems a large number of celebrity deaths, including the surprise passing of Matthew Perry.  We talk about the work these folks did and some of our favorites.  We also discuss the second season of Loki and how it's been going so far.  We talk about the trailer for the new Scott Pilgrim animated series coming to Netflix, and so much more.

This week Chris continues his travels and joins the show from New York City.  We went a little long as we get talking about a lot off topics, but have a great time.  We talk about a couple of deaths, actress Suzanne Summers and comic book artist/writer Keith Giffen.  This leads us into talking about seveal comic books Keith was a part of and some great moments in comics.  We also talk some about Baldur's Gate 3.  Russ talks about a new stratagy game, Star Trek Infinate, he's playing.  We discuss some Star Wars comments made by former Star Wars producer Howard Kazanjian.  There is so much more, check it out.

This week we had guest host Renee running the tech side, because Chris is out of town, and she did a great job.  We discussed the current events going on in the world.  We talked about the Ahsoka series, including the ending.  We also got into the first episode of Loki season 2.  There were of course the usual sidetracks and meanderings that always happen, as well.

This week we talk about the latest episode of Ahsoka and the arrival of the most anticiapated villain in years, Grand Admiral Thrawn.  We discuss the Doctor Who 60th Anniversary specials coming later this year.  We celebrate the tentative deal reached between the WGA and studios.  All this, plus the typical off topic discussions.
