Michelle Rice, a 16-year veteran of TV One and CLEO TV, was recently named President. In this role, Rice is responsible for leading all business, operational and creative aspects of the network. Prior to her promotion, Rice served as the Executive Vice President of Content Distribution and Marketing for TV One, where she developed distribution strategy and managed national account negotiations with all of the major multichannel video programming distributors (MPVDs) to increase and maximize the network's content distribution opportunities on mobile, linear and non-linear distribution platforms. Phil Allen, Jr. is a Ph.D. candidate at Fuller Theological Seminary where he is a Pannell Center for Black Church Studies Fellow.
