The early church in Acts is a model for us today—particularly in evangelizing the world. They were unified.  When the believers were persecuted for preaching the gospel and told to stop, they prayed for even more boldness to do so (Acts 4:31).  If we can’t say “this is that which is spoken of,” we should not seek it or practice it. If our child takes money out of our wallet when we’ve said no, and later apologizes, we may forgive him. But he still has to pay the money back. And he’s still grounded.
