Toby Eugene Anderson was a 16 year old from Northern California. He was a prankster who had spent time in juvenile hall. On December 11, 2016, police showed up at Teresa’s apartment due to a 911 call made by an unknown person. She wasn’t there. Witnesses claim Teresa and man walked west, away from the complex. Alwin Albright was a 74 year old from Gilmer, TX. He lived alone but had a multitude of brothers and sisters. On July 6, 2019, Alwin allegedly tried to force his way in to his girlfriend’s apartment.
