05/01/2020What we need to understand, is that the environment often determines success. The climate and the soil we sow a seed into often determines the success of the crop. Seeds are like decisions. We make a decision to be more engaged parents, but we never change the environment...keeping tv in each room, phones never on silent, nor calendaring intentional family time that we protect ⏤ nothing really will change. Why? Because we will harvest what we plant and the environment and the people around us, play a big role in it.
