I am so proud to announce that my new book, Southpaw - A Tale About A Girl's Imagination is coming out soon. This book has been a long time in the works and as I get closer to the launch date I am getting more excited and a little scared, too. Let me tell you that this will be the 2nd generation of Southpaw - A Tale About A Girl's Imagination. And a lot has happened to make my book exactly the way I want it to be (that's why this is the 2nd generation of my book). Writing a book has been on my mind for years. To see the words that I've had in my head now on a page is so gratifying not to mention the excitement of becoming a published author. I will be talking more about the book writing experiences I've had in upcoming Talk, Tales, and Trivia episodes and I look forward to sharing them with you. Episode 59 - Weight And Work-Out Resolution - The Way I Do It Now Helloo. This is Stephanie...Talk, Tales and Trivia Once again I talk about our resolutions and the one biggest resolution that we either have right now, have had in the past or know we will have as a future resolution. I have certainly been captive to this resolution for most of my life and in so doing I have really led a less than happy and exciting life. That is up until recently. Yes. I've discovered, if you let your negative self talk, your thoughts, and feelings take charge you may lead a sad life where you are always chasing your dreams. My weight fluctuated so much that it stopped me from doing many things such as events and parties where I knew there would be food, dinner with friends and family, and going to the movies where there would be snacks and sugury treats just to name a few examples. And even in those occasions where I went to do things, I would sit around and worry about the weight I might be putting on. Always thinking about

For Stephanie, it can't get much better than having loads of bacon on her plate. Stephanie talks about her special love for this all-time very favorite meat that most American's love just as much as her. We also did some research discovering a few online stores that sell all the special bacon delicacies just in case family and friends don't know what to get Stephanie for her birthday (hint, hint...Mom and Dad...it's bacon).
