The Four Clocks Project in Bishop Auckland is celebrating its 15th birthday this year, and Gillian went to the Open Day on Saturday to meet some of the people helping them to celebrate their success. One of the exhibitors was a local chap called Stephen Brown who lives in Etherley Lane in Bishop Auckland, and Gillian spoke to Stephen about his latest venture, 'Half Cut Glass' . What do you say to your children if they ask, " Dad, what would happen to us if you were killed in your line of duty?" As a serving officer for Northumbria Police, Peter explained to his sons that one of the sources of help could come from Care Of Police Survivors (COPS). COPS is a UK registered charity dedicated to helping the families of police officers who have lost their lives on duty. Adam and Luke responded by writing a song to raise money for the charity. That song is now available for download from reputable sources. Peter, Luke and Adam told their story to Gary Burgham on The Saturday Breakfast Programme.

The first showing of HOME TOWN was so successful that the team behind the film have decided to screen it again. Chris and Rosie Anderson, together with their friend Jackie, joined Gary Burgham to talk about the project and its forthcoming second showing.

Lauren's dad, Will, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease about 8 years ago. Will decided to raise funds for Parkinson's UK to help with research into better drugs (and eventually a cure) for the disease. Lauren now plays a major role in organising the fund raising events.
