Godspeed demands "organic speed" in exchange for ending the war. The Speed Force reawakens Bart and grants Iris super-speed, and they fight the Godspeed drones alongside Team Flash. However, the Speed Force is forced to retreat when the drones begin to feed off of her energy, but Allegra arrives with Chester's device and removes the drones' speed. Barry decides to grant Heart's request, restoring his memories. Against Cecile's urging, Heart re-emerges with the drones. Suddenly, Eobard Thawne arrives and incapacitates Heart and makes a failed attempt on the Flash's life before escaping. Heart is sent to Iron Heights with his memory of Barry's identity removed. Meanwhile, after using super-speed to rescue Joe from an attack, Kramer learns that she is a metahuman with the ability to mimic others' abilities like she did with Creyke and leaves with a new perspective on law enforcement. Barry allows Bart and Nora to stay in the past. They join him in fighting off a squad of Godspeed drones, but all of the drones target Bart. Later, Bart explains that he considers Godspeed "his Thawne," since he witnessed Godspeed murdering Jay Garrick, who had always encouraged Bart's impulsive attitude. While Barry attempts to contact Wally West for help, Iris returns. After several losses against the drones, Barry and Iris decide to bench Nora and Bart. However, the rebel drones capture Jay (who had regained his speed after the rebirth of the speedforce) and demand Bart in exchange for his life. Bart leaves to fight them, but he is knocked out and nearly killed by the drones. Barry and Nora rescue Jay and Bart while Cisco arrives and traps the drones. Meanwhile, Chester asks Allegra for help with charging a device to remove the drones' speed and consoles Allegra when he learns about Esperanza's death. Barry dreams about Nora again, but this time she warns him that her future is in danger. John Diggle arrives and helps Barry trap a Godspeed clone, who reveals that the drones are searching for the "prime" August Heart, and requests Barry's aid in killing him, but escapes upon his decline. Diggle convinces Barry to go to 2049 to check on Nora, but he is knocked out of the Speed Force by Godspeed clones. Barry then finds Deon protecting Iris, who is inexplicably phasing through temporal planes. After Caitlin removes Esperanza’s mask, she requests Allegra’s help in stopping other Black Hole remnants, but Allegra declines. However, Barry's actions prompt her to join Esperanza only to witness her die. Diggle, Cecile, and Frost find an amnesiac Heart. After Diggle and Cecile suffer intense headaches, the former resolves to do something that "he'd been putting off". Meanwhile, Joe and Kramer trap their attacker, revealed to be Creyke, who reveals he betrayed Kramer and the military for t

When Ultraviolet returns to Central City, Allegra is determined to find her cousin and change her heart; Joe finds evidence that Kristen Kramer may not be the good cop she appears to be.BUT THEN...Barry dreams about his future daughter Nora West-Allen, leading him to believe Iris is pregnant, so he works on a way to test Iris's hCG levels. Despite Barry wanting to keep it a secret, Cecile and Chester find out. Frost reluctantly brings Mark to S.T.A.R. Labs after he gets injured in a fight. Six Godspeed clones targetting Barry arrive in Central City communicating in modem-speak, so Chester creates a translating algorithm and puts up a forcefield around S.T.A.R. Labs while Frost returns Mark's cryogenic technology to him. When the Godspeeds break through, Chester flees to the Time Vault and has Gideon boost a modem-speak signal to confuse the Godspeeds, allowing Barry, Mark, and Frost to combat them. However, one Godspeed shuts Gideon down, so Barry flees into the city with all six chasing after him. Ho

Iris, Alexa, and Bashir fake their deaths and escape using an illusion. Bashir convinces Alexa to go back and fight "Nora," who conjures a storm that knocks out Cecile with lightning and sets prisoners at Iron Heights free. Frost escapes prison to defeat an escaped Chillblaine, Barry fails to recruit Deon, and Allegra consoles Joe. Barry confronts "Nora," but she reveals that the other forces conjured the storm. Deon turns on "Nora," but is forced to retreat. Joe proves to Barry and Iris that they're not bad parents, and they reconcile with Alexa, Bashir, and Deon. They overpower "Nora" while the storm nears critical mass and threatens to "snap back" and destroy everything. Bashir and Deon show "Nora" a future completely empty of others, overwhelming her and convincing her to stop. With time running out, the forces aid Barry so that he is fast enough to stop the storm. "Nora" tells Iris and Barry that they created the other forces, and vows to kill Psych and Deon. Barry wants to travel back in time to remove their connections to the Forces, but Iris and Cisco disagree. Cisco gives Kamilla a camera that can detect the forces, which shows a connection between them and Iris, allowing Team Citizen to track down "Nora". Barry, Cisco, and Chester enhance the tachyon device to extract the Forces' particles, and Barry retrieves Harrison Wells from the year 2000 for help, who can create a "time bubble" to protect the timeline. Deon arrives at S.T.A.R. Labs, realizing that Barry will take away who he is and destroys the tachyon harness. Iris, Allegra, and Kamilla search for "Nora" at the Allen house, but are ambushed by Psych, who gives Iris nightmares of "Nora." Chester fixes the tachyon device while Joe tries to dissuade Barry from his plan of action, but Barry and Wells go back in time regardless. The extraction revives Alexa and erases

Team Flash detects Fuerza in Keystone City, so Barry and "Nora" leave to combat her, but she's not there. Barry meets Alexa Rivera, but "Nora" believes Alexa to be Fuerza and berates her. At Frost's trial, Kramer moves to punish Frost by having her take the meta-human cure as opposed to 10-20 years in prison. Caitlin is distraught by this and has her mother test if the cure would harm Frost. Cisco helps Caitlin and Allegra break into CCPD, and Allegra distracts Kramer while Caitlin neutralizes the doses of cure. Kramer accuses Frost for ruining the meta-human cures, and reveals that A.R.G.U.S. gave her another vial. Caitlin's mom confirms that the cure won't harm Frost and urges Frost to take it, but Frost retorts that she'd lose who she is. Kramer reveals that she lost a platoon to a deceitful meta-human and wants to set a precedent of using the meta-human cure as a punishment. Although healed from his battle with Psych, Barry's powers seem to be glitching when he's around the Speed Force, which is difficult for him, as she wants to help in any way possible. However, Barry feels uncomfortable, mostly due to the fact that she resembles Nora. Barry tells the Speed Force to leave him alone after she insists on helping him, only making him more annoyed. Meanwhile, at Ivo Labs, a microchip was stolen and a driver was killed by ice-like powers. Kramer believes that it's Killer Frost, and issues a warrant for her arrest. Kramer is (seemingly) just trying to do the right thing with attempting to arrest Frost, yet Frost attempts to prove that she's innocent. Meanwhile, Chester mentions that Cisco and Kamilla are out of town and unable to help find this new frost meta. Although asked to stay put, Frost decides to go to her old bar to find info on the new ice meta from the bartender, Mark Blaine. At the bar, Frost fights off the patrons after a news broadcast reveals there is a

Cisco and Chester P. Runk start creating devices to detect Fuerza and Psych. While setting one near Chester's hometown, they are trapped in a time loop of the day before Chester's dad, Quincy, died in a car crash. With Quincy's help, Chester and Cisco build a device to detect and protect themselves from the "time god", Deon Owens, a high school quarterback who is attempting to prevent an injury that ruined his football career. Chester convinces him to let go his past and that the future remains unwritten, causing Deon to realize he can change everyone's futures before vanishing, ending the time loop, and returning Chester and Cisco back to the present. The two fail to find Deon, though they believe he is unaware of the Speed Force's revival. Cisco later discovers three other "forces" and names them Still, Strength, and Sage.
