Team Birr was successful in appealing to be included in the upcoming U.S. Olympic Trials after a recent U.S. Curling Association Judiciary Hearing Panel sided with Team Birr in a 2-1 vote (on Sept. 21, 2017).Birr and Benton talked about the long appeal process before the USCA, the crux of their argument in why they should've originally been selected for the Olympic Trials, overwhelming support from the curling community, new team member Hunter Clawson and now preparing to compete at the Trials in Omaha.Plus our weekly roundtable as 2-time Olympian Jessica Schultz joins hosts Price Atkinson and Joe Calabrese!
