  • Bonus: Girls? In MY Boy Scouts?

    01/06/2018 Duración: 17min

Bonus Content! Originally recorded 26 May 2018 Tim catches up with an old friend on Skype and talks about his boy scout days. Listen in and find out how Tim got his nickname!   We want to hear what you think! Don’t just yell angrily at whatever dumb thing Tim just said, or laugh derisively at one of Mike’s opinons! Leave us a comment on iTunes, email us at info@twoandchange.ca, or find us on Facebook or Twitter! The more you comment, the easier it is for people to find our show. Remember, we have to justify this to our wives somehow….

  • The Goings In Gaza

    29/05/2018 Duración: 34min

On Today's Show.... Tim, Mike, and Josh solve this pesky “Peace in the Middle East” thing. Well, not really. With the recent violence on the Israel and Gaza border, we take a moment to reflect on the violence, and ask what, if anything, can be done. Try not to get too depressed as you join us! Also Overheard: Prime Minister Joey.  Apparently, the Moussad are regular listeners.  Tarek Loubani is from our hometown, and is kind of amazing. Even Tom Brady couldn’t throw a Molotov Cocktail that far…. Genocide is a loaded term. One State/Two State/Red State/Blue State. There’s no right answers, just a lot of wrong ones. A higher standard? Josh read a book by someone.

  • Bonus: Would You Rather...?

    25/05/2018 Duración: 15min

Enjoy this bonus round, originally recorded on 11 May 2018 with Tim, Steve, Josh, and Mike!

  • Covered In Our DNA

    22/05/2018 Duración: 34min

On This Week's Show.... Josh, Tim, and Mike talk about DNA and your genetic privacy in 2018. On the heels of a serial rapist being caught when the police used a commercial genetic profiling service to compare their suspects DNA with what was publically out there, we have to wonder – is our genetic information safe? Obviously, it’s a good thing when people like this are brought to justice to account for their actions, but should we be concerned about genetic privacy? In the age of Google, Facebook, and seemingly every tech company wanting your metadata, is your DNA next? Who better to talk about it than 3 barely educated half-drunk Canadians! Also Overheard: In a Mirror, Darkly. Ugandan Banana Beer – That’s a hard no. The next great crime novel. LCBO IS COMING FOR YOUR DATAS! A great prank to play on your friends with Alexa devices. Mike is eventually going to be too rich for this podcast. Monkeying Around.   We want to hear what you think! Don’t just yell angrily

  • The Ontario Election Kick-Off Special

    15/05/2018 Duración: 35min

On This Week's Episode....  The provincial elections are here, and once again, we find ourselves in a quandry of who to support. Doug Ford is getting the headlines, Andrea Horwath is hitting the trail to drum up support, and Kathleen Wynn seems to be trying very hard to earn the trust of the votes. Our residental political junkie “Handsome” Steve joins Tim, Mike, and Josh to discuss the election as we see it, but we really wound up spending most of the time talking about Doug Ford. Even if you’re not from Ontario, crack open a cold one, crank the volume, and try not to scream at your speakers for this episode! Also Overheard: Steve is getting his beach body back. If this election needs something, it’s clearly more white guys sitting around a table and offering unsolicited opinions. You know if you’ve made it on Last Week Tonight, you’ve must have done something awful, or awesome. Doug Ford’s worst enemy is…Doug Ford. The knives came out, and Tim herds the cats. What was Rob Ford

  • Bonus: Korea's Got Seoul

    11/05/2018 Duración: 11min

Bonus Round! Originally recorded 27 April 2018 Enjoy an extra round with Tim, Matt, Mike, and Josh, as the discuss the recent peace overture made by North Korea. Do we give Trump credit? Is this all some sort of trick or trap by Pyongyang? If there’s one group of international diplomacy experts you can trust, it’s us. Enjoy!

  • The Right To Be Insulted

    08/05/2018 Duración: 37min

On This Week's Show.... Josh, Mike, and Tim welcome Matt back to the show for our inaugural recording in the “You Had Me At Beer” studio. The Canadian Human Right Commission was established in 1977 as a way to investigate and settle issues of human rights abuses in Canada in a legal and (somewhat) judicial matter. While they have done quite a bit of good, we still have to wonder about a few of their decision. Join us as we discuss if the concept of a seperate judicial process is needed for human rights abuse, and what, if anything, could replace the tribunal. Audio note: In addition to changing studios, we recently changed our recording software…and apparently didn’t really know what we were doing. There might be a bit of distortion here and there. Our sincerest apologies.   Also Overheard: Tim ‘minecrafted’ this thing together. The Dutch discriminate a lot. Matt was only half insulted. JOSH IS PUPATING! Professor Josh needs a translator. White, Straight, or Intelligent. Matt gets to pick

  • Alleged Shit Weasels

    01/05/2018 Duración: 36min

On This Week's Episode.... Tim, Mike and Josh explore the topic of libel when it comes to politics. Due to a recent-ish event of an alleged local shit weasel, we chose our words carefully. If you know who we’re talking about, you’ll probably get a kick out of our show. If you don’t, you should listen anyway. We also talk about the upcoming provincial election, and give a shout-out to some of our parents, who suprisingly are regular listeners. I think it’s just to make sure we’re still alive.   Also Overheard: Opera is pretty dark, when you get right down to it. Mike puts himself into the shoes of an idiot. Surprisingly comfy fit. Principal Skinner isn’t his real name, you know. Wait, 1980s or 1680s? Putting the “Basic” in Visual Basic. South American Death Squads? Sure, why not? Batman could sell anything. • Hey Wrecked Room! You've Been Served!

    30/04/2018 Duración: 08min

Our friends at Welcome to the Wrecked Room have thrown down the gauntlet and challenged us to a quiz. Bring it on!   Note - their podcast actually doesn't sound THAT bad, this was just our inability to properly pipe it through our soundboard. I would have edited in a better clip, but I wanted to capture our reactions to what they were saying.

  • Bonus: Tim is (Probably) Wrong

    27/04/2018 Duración: 11min

Enjoy a bonus round with Two And Change, originally recorded on 13 April 2018, with Shawn, Tim, Josh, and Mike.

  • Be A Man!

    24/04/2018 Duración: 36min

On This Week's Episode....   BEER! SPORTS! EXPLOSION! PORN! Tim, Mike, Josh, and Shawn explore the concept of “being a man” in 2018. Has masculinity outstayed its welcome? Is there even a definition of ‘manly’ anymore? Listen in on this week’s episode and find out!     Also Overheard: Shawn completely destroys the mediocre scale. Josh doesn’t watch the “Trek Wars”. Windows ME was the pinnacle of Microsoft design.  Apparently Germans drink non-alcoholic beer the same way everyone else drinks Gatorade. Man up? What does that even mean? Perseverance is not a “masculine” or a “feminine” trait. Just ask our partners. James Bond was kind of a rape-y bastard. Tim does not recommend the cheesecake at Fionn McCool’s. Kids games have evolved in a disturbing way.   Remember to check out our website, twoandchange.ca! There you can check out more content, read our blog, and leave a comment. • Syria-sly Screwed

    17/04/2018 Duración: 33min

On This Week's Episode....   Tim, Josh, and Mike discuss the Syrian civil war, and all come to the same conclusion – damned if we know what to do about it. The horrific toll the war has played on the civilian population, the international politics, the Russians, the Americans, the Iranians…where do you begin? Probably not three Canadians with microphones drinking beer.  Also Overheard: Josh has ONE job. Well, had.  Syria is probably not our top rated TripAdvisor destination.  Yes, the king of Jordan was on an episode of Star Trek: Voyager! (that’s him in blue)  Canada is all about that soft power.  Hugo Boss designed Nazi uniforms. True Story.  Tim can’t do a Trump impression, but does racist British surprisingly well.  General Mike’s March to the Sea.  Somehow it always comes back to the boneless watermelons.  And since you earned it with this episode, here’s a YouTube clip with King Abdullah II on an episode of Star Trek: Voyageur. At least they didn’t make him a red shirt….

  • Bonus: Mike Tells Us How to Hide a Body

    13/04/2018 Duración: 10min

Try not to get really creeped out by this bonus round!

  • Clearly Unedumcated

    10/04/2018 Duración: 34min

On This Week's Episode.... Tim, Josh, and Mike swap their dunce caps for mortarboards and talk about higher education. Should private colleges and universities hold the same significance in society? Is there a benefit to private schools? How should we pay for all this? Get ready to slap our knuckles with rulers as you enjoy this week’s episode!   Also Overheard: The Mediocre System breaks down as Tim runs out of beer;  Cromulent is a word. Probably;  Secretary of Education Beyonce? YES PLEASE;  Dr. Janssens, Ph.D. in Extraterrestrial Exobiology;  Josh ships his kids off to join SeaOrg;  All I’m saying is that Jesus hung out with, like, A LOT of dudes;  John Oliver isn’t coming on our show;  Power to the Proletariat!;  Peyote sounds pretty cool, actually.   Remember to check out our website, twoandchange.ca! There you can check out more content, read our blog, and leave a comment. If you're enjoying this episode, why not leave a review? It helps other people to find th

  • Pope Bobby, The Pastafarian

    03/04/2018 Duración: 37min

On This Week's Episode.... They say there are two topics which you’re not supposed to discuss in polite company – politics and religion. Well, we’re not polite company, and we talk a lot about politics. We felt that it was time to maybe talk religion instead. On this week’s episode, Tim, Mike, and Josh welcome back Jordan, our regular Pastafarian, to discuss religion and it’s impact on society. Good thing this topic only took 30 minutes! Come for the nuanced discussion of ceremonial deism, stay for the discussion of how libraries should cataloging gay porn!     Also on this week's show: 100th Meridian is not only a great beer from Mill Street, it’s a pretty good Tragically Hip song.  Lutheran – Fun = Calvinist.  I may be a Pastafarian, but I’m not crazy!   Minister of Rhodes?  “Murder is fine.” – Josh.  Wait, what did Jordan do on that Altar?  Newfies probably got that one right.  Children in bulk save money!              Tim mentioned this video from Bobby Mc

  • Two And Changed: Job 33:2

    01/04/2018 Duración: 02min

In the spirit of Easter, we are announcing our format will be changing. The new "Two And Changed" will feature uplifting words as spoken to us from Brother Josh, as we explore the written word of our Lord. Praise be.

  • Yeah Data Science, Bitch!

    27/03/2018 Duración: 34min

On This Week's Episode....   Tim, Josh, and Mike discuss one of the news items that might have slipped by your radar this week: Cambridge Analytica. There’s a lot to unpack with this story, so who better to do it than three buzzed Canadians with microphones? We get sidetracked a lot and wound up talking about Guccifer 2.0, and Saxx Underwear, who is not a sponsor of this show but a few free pairs of your Vibe boxer briefs would be much appreciated. Enjoy this week’s episode!   Also on this week's show: We’re the voices in Josh’s head. Good thing we have nothing important to say…;  Apparently, Indian men are really into Tim’s wife;  Honestly, we’re not even that mad over the Facebook data thing;  Less Matrix, more Minority Report;  Muskbook?;  The Age of Transparency (with apologies to Terry O’Reilly);  Good luck, we’re behind 7 proxies!;  Space Force! That’ll stop an underwater missle!;  Wasn’t me.   Remember to check us out at twoandchange.ca, where you can leave a comment and chec

  • Bonus: Going Postal (Banking)

    23/03/2018 Duración: 13min

Bonus Episode!   Shawn, Tim, Mike, and Laura were having such a great conversation, that we felt we needed to keep it going for a few minutes longer. Recently, our member of Parliment, Irene Mathyssen, proposed the need for Canada to reinstate our postal banking system.     Mmm…Popeyes…   Shawn, being the political guru he is, was kind enough to talk about how postal banking works, and what some of the benefits would be. The fact that we had a fully stocked beer fridge did not enter in his decision to stay even longer. Enjoy!

  • BEEEEEEES!

    20/03/2018 Duración: 36min

On This Week's Episode... We welcome local media personality, political staffer, and all around political Jedi Shawn Lewis to our show. He shared some of his thoughts on municipal politics, and how not to engage your government representatives. Hint – picking up the phone and screaming “BEES!” repeatedly is not going to help. Stepping in this episode for Josh was the ever awesome Laura, who got to talk about her favourite day of the year, St. Patrick’s Day.   Getty Images TV, Published on Sep 5, 2017 We might see if we can get Josh to do one of these next episode….     Also: How to pour a Black and Tan.  Tim gives his opinion about Doug Ford.  Don’t kill the bees! But f@#$ wasps, those things suck.  100 times 10 is not 1000. Who knew?  PSA: Meth will NOT be legal on July 1st.  Government websites are horrible.  Laura is a HUGE St. Patrick’s Day fanatic!  Who you gonna call? IT’S IN THE NAME, DUMBASS. Internships: Less crafting legislation, more coffee fetching.  A Libe
