As business owners, this is something we need to think about a lot. We're covering: Understand the three stages of business: building, consolidating and elevating, and asset optimisation. Each stage requires a different approach to earning money and building your brand. In the build stage, get clear on your brand, ideal clients, and pricing. Don't undercharge or work for free, even if you're just starting out. Back yourself and charge what you're worth.     Let's talk about some failures today. Before we dive in, there are a few things that I want to share about failing. Whilst I don't want to fail, I'm not scared of it. I know that to grow any business is going to take a lot of failing so I'm okay with it. I think where I draw the line is not having massive fails. So I don't take huge risks. I take small risks often and if things start to work out or seem to be working out then I'll go bigger. But there are 2 people that I think about when it comes to failing.
