Physical Therapy Private Practice: Secrets Of The Top 10%

This is a concept that we often lecture on as it should be a critical part of your onboarding process. Let’s take a detailed look at exactly what level of “exchange” is expected from a salaried employee for the pay and benefits that they receive. Join the top 10% of practices by measuring efficiency and helping as many people in your community as possible.  

How can you be the best personnel manager you can be? Well, it starts with understanding the members of your team and truly listening to them. Show them that they are valued by acknowledging who they are as people, and validating their actions and performance. Keep communication high and celebrate when there is exchange in abundance! 

Today, we try out something new. It’s time to make a difference in how people view us in Physical Therapy. Let’s remember to stay “cause” versus the “effect” of our environment. Don’t be compliant with the status quo - it’s time to grow and have your policies reflect your company goals! 

Let’s get serious about living the lives that we’ve always envisioned for ourselves. We’ve had a lot to contend with over the past couple of years. Don’t bail just because things get tough. Let’s discuss your purpose as a practice owner and thereby identify your ultimate product.  

PT School was great, but it does not provide you with the skills you need to be an entrepreneur and a good practice owner. If you keep doing what you’re doing, you’re going to keep getting what you’ve got! If you’re ready to reach for more, invest in yourself by getting the tools you need to level up in private practice in 2022.
