Dr. Lindsay Farrell was a regular guest on our Going Deeper podcast and it is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the recent passing of Lindsay into the arms of the Father last week. To honour a life well lived to the glory of God, in this episode we are rebroadcasting a previous episode (one of our favourites), 'Resurrection Life'.Lindsay was an artist, art historian, scholar and lover of Jesus. Released on Maundy Thursday of Holy Week 2020, Jo and Scott look at the Christian hope we have in the events of the first Easter. Maundy Thursday is traditionally the day that Jesus washed the disciples' feet, showing us that the God who stepped into our human existence came to serve us, not be served, and so shows us the way to live that brings life and dignity to people.
