I hear you say but nope that was a spec script with the House name stuck to it so doesn't count. This however was written as a House movie. Not only that but it has William Katt back as Roger Cobb from the first movie.   However this movie isn't the same house, he isn't a writer and it has a Poltergeist 2 feel.
