Sinopsis

The Mike Drop podcast is hosted by former Navy SEAL, Mike Ritland. It is a not so politically correct discussion of wide ranging topics that span from government, politics and war to health and fitness, from guns and survival skills to food and nutrition with music, BBQ and a touch of everything else in between. This is THE platform that is completely raw, totally unfiltered and in your face, while still intellectually sound with good intuitive dialogue between A-holes that know what theyre talking about.

  • Episode 51: Mike Glover - The Fieldcraft Survival Expert

    15/01/2020 Duración: 03h29min

The inspiration that comes from speaking with real life heroes is impossible to quantify. I continue to be humbled by the caliber of individuals that are willing to share their story with me. In sitting down with former green beret/unit member and owner of Fieldcraft Survival, Mike Glover, I continue to be amazed. After 20 years of service to this country in the highest of capacities, we talk about his experience as tomb guard, green beret, and Tier 1 operator. More importantly, we talk about how those experiences shaped who he is and how he brings that knowledge to your everyday citizen through his company, Fieldcraft survival. - Jump to a Topic - 18:36 - Childhood/growing up23:15 - Joining the military31:49 - Tomb of the unknown soldier duty40:50 - Special Forces training49:10 - Special ops deployments/operation redwings1:24:00 - "The Unit"2:03:40 - Benghazi2:15:06 - Friends lost in combat and how to deal with it2:18:56 - Getting out of the military2:46:20 - Active shooter/ 2nd Amendment3:04:55 - How to fix

  • Episode 50: Clint Emerson and Shane Hiatt

    01/01/2020 Duración: 03h40min

This episode is especially meaningful for me. Two of my closest friends, (Clint Emerson and Shane Hiatt) that I’ve been to war with,  and all three of us close with Glen Doherty.  We talk about our time together with Glen in platoons at SEAL team 3, Iraq, and transitioning out into entrepreneurism afterward. Never a dull moment with these two bad asses. Sponsored by @originlabs @originusa @bubsnaturalsThis show is part of the Spreaker Prime Network, if you are interested in advertising on this podcast, contact us at https://www.spreaker.com/show/5531509/advertisement Learn more about your ad choices. 25/10/2019 Duración: 03h54min

The only way to fix this issue is for each of us to act, and that starts with setting the example. In this episode I sat down with Jason and Iris Gardner, and they exemplify such an example.
