Sinopsis
Center of Praise Ministries was conceptualized by the divine directive given to our founder and visionary, Bishop Parnell M. Lovelace, Jr. While yet a student at Oral Roberts University, Bishop Lovelace was given the mandate to begin a ministry in his native home of Sacramento, California. The ministry has served to embrace people of all backgrounds with a message of unconditional love and abundant grace with core one goal: making disciples of Jesus Christ. Now, over a quarter-Century later, our mission of making disciples is carried out under the leadership of our Senior Pastor, Joseph S. Sissac. Through side-by-side engagements, we as a church community reach inwardly to facilitate spiritual growth of our members; outwardly to impact those around us, whether locally, regionally or globally; and upwardly, doing everything to bring glory to the Lord and to the expansion of the Kingdom of God.
