Fitbet With Dilruk Jayasinha And Ben Lomas Podcast

This week we are joined by the lovely Nikki Britton. Nikki shares her past struggle with body image and gives the lads an amazing insight to what that was like in the 90s. Warning: this ep contains discussions about eating disorders.   

This week comedian Suren Jayemanne enlightens Ben and Dil about navigating the tricky world of food allergies. Dil reveals the lengths Suren helped him in the early days of their friendship and Ben revisits his first days at a new high school. The boys put on their first LIVE podcast and it was a cracker! A big crowd at the European Bier Café watched King of the air Nick Cody translate for the hilarious John Hastings. Josh Earl crashes the stage, Dil relives his drinking days and Ben can't stop talking about hot cross buns.

The boys have done it again! Their plan for the pod is thrown out the window as they end up talking about past addictions such as booze, food, sex and farting. Ben calls it early by saying it's one of his favourite eps!

Happy 1 year Anniversary! The boys look back on the past year. Old friend Fitbit scales joins the party and Dil has a surprise for Ben! So much love in this episode it makes you want to listen to it twice!   

The boys return after their summer break and have too much to share! Dil went back to Sri Lanka hitting milestones while getting hit by airport trollies. Ben finds himself in an emergency situation and thanks his gym workout for the great result (not all heroes wear capes).
