Through that determination and what is deemed as a medical miracle, he was able to survive multiple surgeries. Duke’s case is very rare. According to the Brain Aneurism Foundation, there are nearly 500,000 deaths worldwide each year caused by brain aneurysms and half the victims are younger than 50.
