Halloween has been made in American culture and many places as good. This holiday has some very nasty and wrong practices to it. Contrary to the belief that is just about candy costumes and decorations. The word warns about drinking from the Lord's cup and Demons cups. Christians specifically really need not participate in this pagan holiday. There are sadly some Churches conforming to culture and this need not be. We are to come out from among them. It is always a blessing when God shows us our areas of error. He gives a chance to grow closer too him. Building trust is very hard after coming out of an abusive relationship. It will not be easy but, take your time to develop trust in another person. Trusting always first and foremost in God. Jesus warns about fake and false teachers and prophets in the last days. Those times are here they are happening in front of us. Never stop Praying no matter how hard the situation. God knows and he will give you the strength to keep pushing. When you feel like giving up remember Jesus came down for you. God can bring you out of DV. He will do it. It will never be easy to leave. Planning and preparing and knowing God's got you. That is so big he loves you. Nobody ever deserves to be hurt. Not physically, verbally emotionally and all the other forms of abuse. Jesus died for you and also provides his life and the way to eternal life. Domestic Violence is evil and you do not need that.
