Our lives are precious. We do not need to take them for granted. God has you and everything about you in his hand. Whatever you are going through enjoy your life. Your voice your life you matter. Many times we ask God if we are the right person? Asking the Lord if we are the person to do a certain task or job for him? God will never bring you to something if he. did not have a plan for you. Our mind and emotional state are very important. In a toxic relationship that is one of the ways n abuser gains power. Mentally breaking the other person down. Tonight we discuss listening to your body. If you are feeling stuck more than likely you are trying to do way too much. Your body cannot tolerate overload. Hearing from God is personal. Nobody else can Hear a word from God for you. You may get advice and suggestions. In the end your Lord has to speak to you. You in turn have listen to what he shares. When we are needing guidance we need to turn tonthe Holy Spirit to be our guide. Seek him out to help guide and to " come alongside you" to help you. Hear what the word is saying to you.
