On this weeks show we chat with Lucie Jones who has appeared on the X-Factor and represented the UK in the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. In the West End she's starred in Les Miserables and, most recently, as Jenna in Waitress. She has just released her debut album, Lucie Jones: Live at the Adelphi (which we also share a track from). We also chat with Karen Mason who has starred on Broadway in Sunset Boulevard, Mamma Mia and Wonderland. Most recently she's been touring the USA playing Madame Giry in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Boulevard. Finally, publicist Lisa Goldberg tells us about how she got started in the business and the impact that COVID is having on Broadway.

This week we chat with director Matthew Rancom about the brand new musical, Before After, to be lived streamed from the Southwark Playhouse in London, starring real life couple Hadley Fraser and Rosalie Craig. We also chat with TV and West End star, Harriet Thorpe about the first new musical to open in a theatre in the UK, Sleepless, based on the hit movie Sleepless in Seattle.

This week we chat with writer/composer, Elliot Clay about his brand new song cycle, Millennials. He tells us what attracts him to song cycles, why he thinks Millennials are getting a bad rep, writing and recording songs in lock down. We also chat with West End stars and husband and wife, Caroline Sheen and Michael Jibson about playing King Arthur and Queen Guinevere in Camelot at the Watermill Theatre in Newberry. They tell us about working together, performing in the rain and their most recent West End roles.
