Superman celebrated his 80th anniversary.  It might get really messy if he blew out all those candles...so, we'll do it for him.  In this episode, we'll hear birthday messages from some of his most famous villains.  Last week, we discussed how much we loved Ready Player One.  So this week, we'll react to a commentary that hated it and react to the movie - The Quiet Place.  Finally we'll discuss the upcoming MASK and Blackhawk movies.  This is going to be a party full of cake, candles and crazy closing questions.  You're invited to join us!

We are ready to review Ready Player One this week.  We hope you're ready too!  While 80s themes are plastered all over that movie, more classic console games have been announced IRL.  However, the Avengers are getting ready for the battle of their lives in Infinity War, and we're predicting who might die and the Rotten Tomatoes score.  The Announcement of a new Rick and Morty comic-book has inspired Darth Taxus to turn the geeks into characters from the show and make them fight it out (oh jeez).  Also, the reigning Geek Supreme gets to infuse his own MEGASEGMENT into the episode.

Just when you think things couldn't get better, worse or STRANGER...you have this week's episode of The Geek Supreme.  It comes complete with stories about draining comic icons of their blood and forcing someone to say they love Michael Bay.  It comes with interest in a Last Starfighter reboot and excitement about an upcoming Star Wars movie.  To top it all off, we'll throw in some lyrics without singing bad karaoke, and play some comic convention geek word games.  If you miss this week's show it will almost be as big of a mistake as the one Darth Taxus admits at the beginning of the show.  

In an all-new, but kind of the same as last week's attempt at a show (that some say never existed), this week's Geek Supreme is full of toys, games and cobras.  We'll react to the Deadpool 2 and Cobra Kai trailers.  Also, how did Toys R Us fail, and can K*B Toys make a comeback?  We'll also work in some video game talk since a new e-sports arena is coming to Texas, and a Ready Player One is coming to theaters.

If you haven't seen Black Panther yet, the numbers indicate you might be one of the only ones.  We've all seen it, so we discuss it in this week's episode.  Don't worry, the cat themes don't stop there. They hang around as we discuss The Last Jedi deleted scenes, the early reviews of Jessica Jones, the future of the MCU and more.  So join us as the cat gets petted and the Scott gets clawed in this week's Geek Supreme.

The Muppets and The Cobra Kai are coming back, so we have to make it weird.  We'll discuss the rumored Muppet return to television and decide which Muppets would merge to make scary offspring.  Daniel and Johnny are back in a new YouTube Red series, and we figure out the best and worst things that could happen in the Cobra Kai show.  Aquaman seems to have had a really good test screening.  So, does that mean is character is "cinematic"?  We'll discuss that, as well as some of the new details about the Star Wars hotel.  Join us for those discussions as well as a game of WWRS (What Would Regina Say) since Jenn is stepping in for Regina.

Last week, it was announced that the losing geeks would have to talk like Yoda during today's show.  If they forget, it can cost them points.  That can lead to anger, the anger leads to hate, and the hate leads to Yoda saying some evil things.  Along the way, we'll discuss the Toy Story expansion at Disneyworld, plus, the good, bad and the smelly toys that came out of this year's Toy Fair.  Plus, we'll pitch our own toy ideas.  So, if you haven't guessed it yet, TOYS is the theme of the day.  So, come play with us this week!

People grew up watching Han Solo in the 1980s, and yet somehow we're going to see a younger version of him in 2018.  The Solo trailer reactions kick-off our 1980s-themed show.  A movie starring Han Solo isn't the only thing attempting a comeback. Kenneth Johnson is working on a movie trilogy based on the classic V series.  The podcast is also loaded with flashbacks about Goonies, Bill and Ted, Spaceballs, The A-Team, Predator, Star Trek TNG, The Last Starfighter and more.  So, put on your parachute pants and breakdance your way into this week's show!

Jenn Murray steps in for Regina this week, and that means she's playing for her (No pressure).  She'll step into a Geek Supreme game loaded with news quizzes, Muppet Babies, Oscars and a mini-store.  First, we'll try to make sense of a new study that claims it determined why people like/dislike the MCU and the DCEU.  In a retro part of the show, we'll discuss the new Muppet Babies cartoon and clear up Scott's Skeeter confusion.  We'll also talk about a man's mini-model of an old video store.  Finally we'll talk about the blockbusters that The Oscars snubbed and try to predict Black Panther's Rotten Tomatoes score.  There's so much fun to be had here, you might just say, "Oh god!"

We live in a world where people find it necessary to create all-male and all-female versions of Star Wars moves and declare unreleased films to be utter disasters before any footage has been seen.  So, we need to have a podcast about it.  Don't worry, we also talk about vampires in Law & Order and cardboard boxes that make great video games!  So, there's some normalcy here.  However, the geeks have to weather it all effectively because Darth Taxus is going to reward The Geek Supreme and penalize the losers.  However, neither the winner or the losers get a shirtless Jeff Goldblum Funko Pop.

Today's episode was originally supposed to air on January 9th.  In it, you'll hear how everyone is feeling about The Last Jedi one month later.  Also, the DCEU is making more changes behind the scenes, all while Lindsay Lohan starts her online campaign to be Batgirl.  Can either of those things turn into anything good...or disastrous?  The Orville has been renewed for another season, and some are hearing rumors about a Family Guy crossover.  Can a live action/cartoon crossover ever be a cool thing?  We'll throw around some ideas.  Jodie Foster has thrown around her ideas about comic book movies, and we'll respond to those.

The Last Jedi is finally out, and we've seen a lot of reactions.  In our last episode of 2017, we share ours.  Join us as we discuss all things Episode 8, including new characters, new force powers, humor scenes, character deaths, little porgs, Rey's parents and more.  We'll also fit The Last Jedi into our Star Wars rankings and talk about what may or may not happen in Episode 9.  Along the way, each contestant will be tempted by the dark side.  Event though we won't serve green milk or roasted porg, we would be honored if you would join us.

Salt Lake fought "The Con" and "The Con" won.  So, what happens now?  If San Diego trademarked "Comic-Con", how should other conventions respond?  We'll discuss.  We'll also talk about the prospects of a Quentin Tarantino Star Trek movie and who might star in it.  Also, we'll react to Wolverine heading to podcastland and Jessica Jones is back in March.  The show starts with Christmas present bribes and ends with The Force Awakens trivia questions.  That makes for a happy holiday episode full of toilet motivational, wiener cooking, time-turning fun with a dose of Kanjiklub and beasts.

This past week, people freaked when Daisy Ridley talked about being done after Episode 9.  Was the panic worth it, or was it an overreaction?  The first word spoken in The Last Jedi has been revealed, and we try to finish the sentence.  Did you know someone is trying to pick up girls on social media by claiming to be Chris Pratt?  There is, and he has something to say about it.  We'll discuss the Avengers Infinity War trailer and the controversy surrounding Star Wars Battlefront 2 loot crates.  We'll also predict Rotten Tomatoes scores for The Last Jedi.  

Justice League is out, and we finally get to see who made the best Rotten Tomatoes prediction.  However, was the final result an injustice to The Justice League?  What does this all mean for the future of the DCEU?  What should happen next?  We'll discuss. Darth Taxus quizzes the contestants on DC animated and live action films.  Mark Hamill doesn't want people to spoil The Last Jedi, so Darth Taxus asks everyone to come up with the worst possible things that could happen in the movie.  As everyone knows, when Episode 8 is discussed, there is a good chance the word PORG will come up.

It's our first LUCKY LISTENER episode, and that means our contestants will be playing for three listeners this week.  Whoever wins The Geek Supreme will get to send their listener a prize box full of Stranger Things loot!  So, we'll discuss the second season of Stranger Things and play a Geekword game themed around the Netflix series.  We'll also review Thor Ragnarok and get quizzed on some Thor trivia.  We'll react to the Justice League social media reviews, plus the news about more Star Wars coming to the big and small screen.  Along the way, you'll hear Star Wars stories that feature rebels, Volkswagen Beetles, toaster ovens, glue sticks, drooling Gammorean Guards, squash, and smelly bubbles.
