How to stay positive when theres a lack of enquires? 1) I am wanting to open up more 1-1 spaces but don't want my work hours to be all over the place. Have you got any advice on how to keep your 1-1 hours organised and close together? I don't mind having the odd gap between clients but don't want them being hours apart. 2) Do you have any thoughts on PTs having a 90 day offer for 1-1 coaching? 03/05/2023 Duración: 35minI don't have kids, but I have a few clients who have them. They have challenges that I can't imagine and I'm not sure how to help them with that sometimes. If they say they have been too busy to look after themselves at all, I don't wanna challenge them on that and sound like a prick. I know it comes down to asking the right questions, but I was wondering if you have any advice. Can you explain creating training templates in a bit more detail please What one bit of advice do you give out the most in the academy but wish someone gave to you when you started PT? (Hope that makes sense) How do you know when you've had a successful week if you are process focused not solely on goals? Where do you draw the line between wanting to do your best to help or go out of your way for someone and not selling yourself short or making life harder for yourself?

I am thinking of running ads to promote my boxing classes, but I dont know whether its worth it because I would be advertising to people that arent a member at my gym. She mentioned that she's hit 5 stone weight loss (some of it on her own, before working with, but a lot of it is whilst we've been training together) so I got her to send me progress photos. They looked incredible so I got straight on posting them on Insta. Then one of the other PTs in my gym sent me a post by a local online coach, using her photos and her story saying her results were all down to his online coaching and that they weren't done yet I asked my client about it and she said the coach is a close family friend and she dJust advice on on line programmeid a free month trial with him before lockdown, but didn't like it so didn't continue after the first month She sent him the photos, so I guess that's between them, but, from my point of view, it seems pretty shitty
