In this week's episode of The CrestCore Real Estate Hour, Dean Harris and Dan Butler answer the Top questions to ask your Real Estate Agent or Broker. If you're new to real estate investing, the first question that you should ask your real estate agent is if he or she owns a property and if they are in the game with you. Like the old saying says, "experience is the best teacher." You want experience-level answers and not some generic answer. Dan and Dean also discuss the worst and the best things that can happen to your property. Your real estate agent should guide you what insurance coverage you should get for your property and they should also prepare you for the worst.

"How many properties does your company manage?" "Can I get an outside to do maintenance?" These are the type of questions that may come up whether you're searching for a property management company or tending to potential clients. On this week's show, Dan flies solo on hosting the show, but has the honor of interviewing founder of Norda Real Estate Investments and host of Passive Real Estate Investing podcast, Marco Santarelli.
