Death of Superman (Animated 2018) – So I finally got to watch this and comparing it to the first Warner Bros animation attempt (Superman: Doomsday) this was definitely the superior product. Other than the appealing animation style (reminds me of Young Justice) takes the New 52 versions of the Justice League and puts them the unstoppable killing force of Doomsday. This was a close as you can get to adapting the original source material and mixing it with recent continuity. I have yet to make it to the San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) everyone says how great it is how awesome. But from covering large conventions in the past like NY Comic Con (NYCC) it is very hard to catch all the good stuff while you are physically there but you try your best. So what is the solution? Harlem has a new king in Luke Cage I have to say I liked the series as a whole but I have to say it felt slow at times and there were some plot points that felt bogged down. 13 Episodes gave us a new villain and a change of the status quo of our hero.
