Toward the end of 2018, what kept sticking out to me was knowing the power I had within me. And unlocking that power. It started within my mind. I had to change my system. Change my signal. What I was signaling, was in contradiction to the truth of who I was. It was in contradiction with my intuition. So I went within, meditated, read, went to therapy, all that i felt guided to do.

Sometimes it is not how people treat you, but rather the beliefs that you hold as truth under fear. This determines your perspective of how you see your relationships and how you see yourself.

I was reminded of this on today. Our relationships are a beautiful reflection of what we believe within ourselves. I was reminded today within my marriage, that in the past I was responding out of my wounds and experiences I picked up along the way. On today’s podcast I share how I recognized within myself, which ear was listening. Take a listen, I think you’ll enjoy.

The agreements that my father had about love was was I carried as my own. Being an empath, I realized that I was carrying that so that I could relate and connect with my father. He had the beliefs of abandonment, being looked over, not feeling enough. So as a child and into adulthood, I carried them as my own. But the truth is I never believed it was my truth. Take a listen

We talk about struggle really well. Now this doesn’t negate the fact that struggles aren’t Apart of the process of life. But often times, we get accustom to the feeling of struggle because it’s what we’ve been told about struggle. “Life is hard, don’t trust people, be afraid.” These were my beliefs but God began to show my otherwise. God was showing me NEW. I had to lean into the new, lean into the old.

God has been clearing the path for me. Clearing old negative agreements within me and has been revealing to me what I was holding onto within my subconscious mind. It has been revealed to me, that I was the one blocking my physical manifestation. What I desired (which is from God) was in contradiction to what I actually believed within my subconscious mind.

Fear of rejection was a block that was in my way of radiating from the truth of who I was. Blocking me from receiving and giving love. This was revealed to me on my journey of removing the core blocks to giving and receiving love. Here’s what I learned. Love isn’t about trusting you first. Love is about trusting yourself. Listening to “your” intuition. And out of that flow, our relationships or divine partner is simply a mirror of the value you hold within your own intuition.

Be who you are. Love is a flow, it’s not about perfection. I have hidden from myself for years. Just afraid to be that person that I was made to me. “You’re too nice. Be this way!” I got tired of being something I was not. I had t listen to love within me. God saved me through me. Take a listen

There’s no perfect “way” to love. Or perfect way to doing things. You’ve simply must trust your intuition and do it, even if you’re afraid

You are not subjective to your thoughts, you are the master of them. I use to think otherwise. I’m so grateful for the awakening. Love you guys dearly

Don’t run from the cycle that upsets you. Listen within and ask your inner wisdom, “why was I triggered?” Everything starts with you. Take care ❤️

I hear how ppl talk about love being like harps and strings and it is, but love is also strong like the waves thrusting against the rocks in the ocean.
