Sarah went to Cincinnati, Ohio last week and she's here to tell the tale! When visiting a new city, we always recommend partaking in the local ghost tour: these are the stories Sarah learned on her Cincin(nasty) Ghost Tour. Washington Park - it must be a running theme that every city that has a graveyard/potter's field HAS to name that area "Washington Park". The one in Cincinnati has a vast history, starting as a potter's field, then an orphanage, then a local park with a swimming pool, then they wanted to put in a below ground garage so the bodies buried there had to be moved and.... well, you get the picture. This now gentrified (and albeit very cute) park gets quite scary at night. John Brinkley's number one claim to fame came when he had the bright idea to implant goat testicles into the testicles of men to increase virility. And boy, did men LOVE this idea. Throughout the span of his life, John Brinkley performed his Goat Gland Transplant on thousands of patients (and not all were men *spoiler*). BUT - the Goat Gland Transplant Doctor is not his ONLY claim to fame...that's just the testicle that got the ball rolling on what would be a bumpy (and ultimately downhill) road. Sarah starts the episode with the incredibly haunted Old Changi Hospital in Singapore, China. Build in 1935 this hospital soon found itself being used to harm people instead of treat them. Rumored to have housed POW's as well as the "notorious Kempeitai" (the Japanese military police, which also played the role of that of a secret police) a group that tortured and killed many people (including the POWs) imprisoned in the hospital. The old POTUS is apparently still hanging out in the hospital where he died, and is a helpful spirit. The 2nd ghost is another co-ed spectre doomed to haunt the dorm rooms they once occupied. Stephanie ends the episode with a true crime story that has so many twists you'll end up dizzy. Sharon Kinne, aka Jeanette Pugliese, aka La Pistolera had quite the trigger finger. AND quite the gift for making excuses and covering up her crimes. You'll never guess where this story will go, and you certainly won't guess where it ends.
